Dan Costley is one of my instructors and this book is awesome at conveying the concepts and key terms without confusing the reader.

This is a wonderful workbook for young children. I think grades 3-6 is ideal, especially if they are a good reader in grade 3. The book is very well organized, very interactive, very well thought out. It helps children understand what it means to be a Christian and makes it very clear to the
child that God will never stop loving them. I love the way it encourages use of the bible, prayer, and other activities to keep them engaged. The workbook is designed to be 4 weeks long. Each day you work on a page. My child loves this book!

Yes, I am the author, but only of the text. My five year old son did the drawings and they are so cool. I just wrote the little rhyming story to go with them. It's a great way to talk to kids about their fears. The book will also inspire young kids to write their own books.

I love this book so much. The stories that are shared along with the famous paintings
are fascinating. The recipes and pictures of the foods are pictured
in dishes and cutlery probably from that time and they look so delicious!
The way the book presents itself makes you want to try those recipes
knowing that these great artists once dined on these same foods at one time. The stories transport you to that time and dining on these recipes
makes you feel even closer. The recipes are easy to understand and I've tried 2-3 dishes and they all came out spectacular. Can't wait to try more!

This work touches your heart and you want to go to the houstops and shout it out. A truly freeing experiance.

Since this is my first ever review for Amazon, I am compelled to tell you that Todd Hignite has delivered a powerful statement from the masters of modern comic expression. The Robert Crumb interview alone is worth the price of entry. Crumb digs deep and comes up with some terrific historical perspective plus a treasure of new things you have not read or heard before.

Almost as good are the pages devoted to Spiegelman. You won't be disappointed; I promise.

Additionally, the production values of this book are excellent. "Printed in China" doesn't mean falling apart on cheap paper anymore, apparently.

Kudos to Yale University Press for publishing.

From the day I bought this book off the racks as a wee lad back in the summer of '87 it has been one of my favorite comic books ever!

What's not to love? Todd McFarlane on top of his game as Hulk artist. Story by Peter David, considered by most to be the top Incredible Hulk author of all time! Not enough for you? Throw in a guest appearance by the X-Men, and an unpublished tie in to the "Fall of the Mutants" storyline, and you've got one of the greatest Incredible Hulk issues ever published.

This is BY FAR one of the most savage, brutal, Hulk vs. Wolverine showdowns of all time, and set the standard for all Wolverine battles published after it.

This is the peak of the McFarlane run on Incredible Hulk from the late '80s, and one of Peter David's best issues from his long tenure as Incredible Hulk. The Hulk in this issue appears in his savage, gray persona.
