This book lives up to its subtitle, "A Practical Guide ... ." It is written in plain language and it addresses spiritual and economic well-being with balance and sensitivity.

The 25-Day Financial Makeover gives a great roadmap to anyone (male or female) who has ever wanted to get their financial house in order but didn't know where to begin. The book is written in an accessible readable style with advice on a wide range of topics, from retirement planning to estate planning. It also makes you ask yourself some key questions about how you relate to money and urges you to figure out what underlying emotional issues may be holding you back financially.

While there are plenty of personal finance books on the market, this one is really different. The financial advice is dispensed within a spiritual context but Francine Huff, the author, doesn't get preachy. She just quietly makes the point that improving one's relationship with money can enhance one's spiritual health as well. For people who are confused or conflicted about money matters, this book is a great way to clear the mental fog and learn how to be more financially responsible.

As the subtitle to Francine L. Huff's book says, this is a very practical guide to getting one's financial house in order. Though it is geared toward women, men can benefit from many of her extremely useful, common sense tips. With humor and a straightforward but non-judgmental style, Ms. Huff dishes out heapings of helpful advice, offering easy-to-follow and very manageable steps to financial security. Get the book, read it twice and avoid the time, expense and aggravation of a probate. Having gone through a probate, I can tell you that this is something you want to avoid.

Mary Randolph does an excellent jobs of giving you simple techniques that let you bypass most or all of the probate process.

Again, the book is worth the money.

I just recently used this book as part of my study to gain continuing professional education credits for my CPA license. I found it to be an excellent source for anyone who is currently planning his or her family's financial future. It's easy to understand, direct, and written with common-sense language. I will be recommending this book to my clients.

I rate this book very highly. It was very informative and easy to follow. Each section covered the topics to the fullest. This book is very easy to understand and I would recommend it to anyone looking for answers on how to avoid probate and how to go about making a living trust. There are many books on the market about this subject, but I feel this book covers it all.

This book was a lifesaver for me! It helped me to clarify my vision, of what I want to pursue in life, and then gave me the resources and tools to propel me towards it. Steve Gresham has created a blueprint for the experienced Investment Management Consultant or Wealth Management Advisor to follow and propser from. His examples are clear and concise, his guidance has stood the test of time.

Any advisor who thinks she or he can properly advise 300 or 400 clients will come away from this book with a career altering experience.Steve shows what is important to the business owner as opposed to what the advisor may think is important.

There are two words missing from the beginning of this book's title..which should be "How to Attract and Retain the Affluent Investor[etc.]." Gresham and Cooper take a very forthright approach to their topic, and use modern [no, not distracting!] graphics to get their points across. Relevant "case studies" make up much of the text, with messages reinforced by way of checklists, boxes, and short paragraphs titled "Winning Tactics." There are lots of advice books around for financial advisors. This one's great for people who think they're too busy to read. You can read it through or open it almost anywhere, and learn something. What's more, the authors have come up with answers to questions you didn't even know you had!

Steve Gresham has really captured the information necessary to be successful in the ever changing financial services industry. He shares with you successful ideas from some of the industries most successful consultants and advisers. In addition, he tells you how to re-evaluate your business and assists directing you toward becoming very successful.

Furthermore, a burgeoning array of 529 plans makes the decision of how to save for college more confusing than ever. This was the best book I've ever read concerning finances and heavenly treasures. Robert Katz has that special ability to take a difficult subject to make it simply understandable. He brings to light biblical principals that now appear obvious after reading his book. I love his stories. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of God's true purpose in their lives and in their business. P.S. Be sure to get his first book, 'Money Came by the House the Other Day'. This first book will give you detailed information on how to get your personal finacial house in order.

This book is the best read for understanding financial analysis. It is not often, if ever achieved, that a subject as complex as financial analysis can be explained so perfectly suited for real estate professionals. The work doesn't lose itself in silly analysis or "paralysis of analysis", Gallinelli's approach is straightforward, sometimes hard hitting as a practical sense guide to investing in real estate. This doesn't mean the work is simplistic by any measure, you can spend plenty of time taking this work into great depth. Gallinelli offers a web page support system with free worksheet downloads, financial software and valuable resource links. Every deal I consider is now held to a new financial standard. This is a must own book for investors, brokers and corporate real estate professionals.

Initially when I began to read the book, I thought it was going to be a well written work that might be useful to me. Well, it is cetainly much more than that.

Physicians have their chief referance book called the Physicians Desk Referance,(PDR), and Attorneys have various desk references which are used in their specialties. Now real estate investors have a wondefully written "desk book" that is suitable for the novice through the most highly qualified professional.

All students of real investing should have this book. It will be perfect for beginners as well as "old-timers" who have been around. The presentation is extremely easy to read and is precise and accurate. The 37 calculations, explained in detail, are absolutely the calculations you have either already used or will need to perform -- at times on a moment's notice.

There are also discussions and examples of much of the material found in the real estate analysis software published by realdata.com. If you are in a rush and don't like to waste time thumbing through volumes of vague examples and poorly written explanations you will absolutely appreciate this book.

I wholeheartedly echo the comments written by David A. Taylor whose thorough analysis is "Right On."
