I have concluded that Mr.Youssef is an expert on construction and real estate. After being extremely pleased with his first book, How to Build your own house, I had to purchase his second. I was not disappointed, as Mr. Yoissef once again arranged the book in a resourceful manner which was meant for anybody to read, especially someone who does not know about the subject in hand. Plenty of research and time was oviously devoted to this book and it shows. I am optimistically looking forward to future books written by Mr. Youssef.

I would just like to read other readers reviews. I have read and translated in Russian the "Effective Loan Management" by Ed Morsman which I found excellent, and I am also would like to do the same with this book.

As I find with all of the Fabozzi books, this is a very comprehensive overview of a complex subject. Fabozzi has gathered together an impressive list of experts who each write on what they know best. I found the chapter on Latin American loans to be particularly useful.

For independent and mid-sized banks, this book should be required reading. I thought it was a great practical guide to identifying and controlling a variety of risk factors bankers grapple with in trying to maximize profit while simutaneously trying to limit risk exposure.

This book is a good book for young readers. If you relly like baseball and reading relistic-fiction this is a good book for you

This course is contains all of the basics. The format was easy to understand and easy to follow.

Thank you so very much. My wife thinks the book is incredible. It really puts into perspective everything she has learned - and much that she wasn't taught- in a concise manner. She has been studying it for the past 2 evenings. Well worth having whether you are in the business already or just getting started.

Enjoyable read from fun author Jerome Doolittle. Tom takes on the S & L corporates in the most unusual of ways. You _think_ you've read the routine via Crais' Elvis or Parker's Spenser, but you ain't seen nothing til you've met Jerome and a few of his friends. Go ahead, get the book. You won't be sorry.
