This book is packed with evidence that flies in the face of all the "common knowledge" about weight, dieting and health. It's a does a great job of presenting a whole new, well supported point of view on the topic. Anyone who's ever worried about their weight or gone on a diet should read this.

A must have for art, comic and production design lovers, has lots of designs by Mignola Barlowe and other great artists including the prop makers. Includes beautiful pages illustrating both concept and the picture of the final prop supported by the commentaries and thinkings of the artist involved in the creation of that specific prop. It also includes the final shooting script, and images from Guillermo del Toro's notebook which are nice sketches and annotations depicting the first idea behind the final design of each character. Great!!! one of the best, just do not read it before watching the movie.

It's a great book for studing devices(HEMTs, HBTs) and MMICs. It's about their fabrications and analysis. If you would select this book, you will be satisfed.

This book is the result of a life's work in the field by Zimmerman. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and have used it for the last year, and found it to be very complete and detailed. It is a terrific resource. If you need a book that discusses all the aspects of liver injury for all manner of drugs and compounds, this is the book to buy.

The edition I have was published in 1989. I'm sure the recent one is even better. This is the best book I have found for scientific information on herbs vs folklore. The book contains information on other names, description of the herb, where the herb is found (distribution), parts used, active constituents, pharmacological action, medicinal uses, toxicity, contra-indications, and remarks.
