The first part of this book covers the historic aspects of Stereoscopic film making and is well written and interesting but the majority of the book is a reference guide to 3D movies. It is a great reference guide for anyone interested in 3D movies but it is not the greated book if you are looking for an in depth historical look at this genre. If you are a true 3D movie fan, this book is an indespensable reference.

I'm 86 yrs. old - and have always been told I was 15 yrs younger looking, but lately I felt old because of a great deal of fatigue and instabillity. Many symptoms which Dr. couln't understand as she thought everything was okay. When this wonderful book arrived I took it with me to show her the symptoms I'd been having were all side effects of drugs. Some changes were then made and now I'm feeling like I'll live again. This book came in the nick of time.

This book is Great! In some ways you can compare it with a combined layout and image-processing package for moving pictures. It's simple to apply what your learning as you go such as digitized footage in QuickTime format, Photoshop and Illustrator files - composite them, apply special effects, create animations and then output to film and video.

An extremely well written book for young people but also meaningful to the parents of a child who has started drinking and is rapidly reaching the state of being labeled, "alcholic." The problem, which has now reached epidemic proportions in all groups of society, is well explained. It is written so that every age will find the contents interesting and illuminating. Highly recommended reading.
