This book is a photocopy of another smaller book and a blurry bad reproduction at that. My advise is there are better books out there, steer clear from this very rough ashlar!

First let me tell anyone interested that this book is based on United Kingdom case studies and law. Second, and more importantly, it comes across as very liberal and non-realistic in its ideology. The central theme is "Wouldn't it be much better if we could all work together and agree." There is a strong bias against child care agencies and workers. Many of the case studies are based on a very small number of cases. Several of the case examples are of the extreme rather than typical experiences. One example told the heart wrenching story of the evil case worker who wouldn't let the dear grandmother use the toilet when she arrived early for a visit. It does present a good case for considering an open adoption.

Althought it is informmative, it is not a book at all, but a pack of pamphlets that you are encouraged to give to Jehovas witnesses that come to your door. Im sure that you can find something more worth your while.

The flaps in this book are plentiful and at times creative. The story line is non-existant. On the first page you are introduced to characters in the crayon box. That is the last you see those folks! The rest of the pages are really not related to one another. There is no need to read the book in order because no story line is developed. Some pages have a little rhyming but most of the pages don't. The book really doesn't play on the Peek-A-Book concept very well.

If your kid is super into flaps, this could be okay I guess.

This book is poorly organized and poorly written. I do not recommend this book as a good text book for organizational theory and practices.

We made the mistake of taking this book to Puerto Rico with us. It seems as if the author copied the information from various hotel brochures she was given, because its sadly obvious she never even visited most of the places she mentions.The information on the paradors (country inns) was totally inaccurate - we wasted hours of driving to places which were not as described. In other hotels and/or paradors, she never mentioned the most interesting features. Her descriptions were vague, misleading, or totally wrong. Her only helpful comments were on the most expensive resorts ($300 - $500 per day). Her only real review was on the Wyndham El Conquistador where it seems she had a cold breakfast. Again DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. It is a total waste of time and money.

One could get the same information from "How to Start a Bussiness" and a good old English cookbook. In fact, more information.
