The MOS transistor is probably the most studied electronic device of our times. The majority of the integrated circuits fabricated nowadays are based on the MOS transistor (CMOS Integrated Circuits). This device has evolved enormously in the 40 years of its existence, now measuring a few hundred nanometers, thus making the integration of very complex electronic systems possible. This book is written by three scientists who have devoted their life to the study of the MOSFET. And even though the MOS transistor will keep evolving, this book will continue being the basis for a deep study of the device in the years to come, very much like Sze's "Physics of Semiconductor Devices" is now a mandatory reference for anybody in the field of semiconductor devices.

This is an excellent book that talks about various mathematical tools and its applications for Process Modeling. This start with the very basic funamentals and finishes at the highest level. This is a rare book that describes the theorotical fundamentals of mathematical Derivations in Chemical Engineering unlike other books that majorly contain Numerical Methods

This book has lots of information about estimating integrals all in one place. The text is very readable and has clearly explained examples throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone who does work using computers to calculate integrals.

I would recommend this book for users that have been working in SolidWorks for a while - it is not for the new user.

Working through the examples in this book definitely prepared me to tackle larger assemblies. The book explains various Top down design styles and organization in assembly structure to prevent future bleeding red mates.

The part and assembly techniques are formulated in helpful tables that I use regularly! You can view the authors' solutions on the book's CD.

I'm glad to see someone, the author realized that assemblies are made from MORE THAN 10 parts.

By the time I got to the configurations with close to 80 parts, I felt the author understands my issues and was there to explain the difficulties.

The Injection molded part exercises provided a good example on how to remove an undercut with a loft surface. More people should talk about problems with draft and provide additional solutions.

I know SolidWorks made new features and utilities for 2004 but, I will be using 2003 for a while,"budget concerns". I hope the author continue to write more advanced topics.

The Authors have done an excellent job putting together, compiling and sorting the teory related with dispersion modeling.
The Book is written in a clear way to let you go deep and deep on the phenomena of dispersion, and the tools (mathematicals/procedures/etc) are introduced as needed.
The CDRom is an excellent to ilustrate and validate the teory and it let you begin the simulation process in a smooth way.
Excellent Book!

This book really opened up my eyes in terms of what you can do with 3D Modeling. After using AutoCAD for 2D drafting for years, I now realize all that I have been missing. The exercises really helped me understand new concepts and made learning 3D fun. Highly recommended.

Every time I need a manual for my training classes I use these guys and I am never disappointed. Hooray for JERSEY!

Very well written, very deserving of an initial glance

I would like to know if this book has been updated to a Rel 14 or Rel 2000 edition. Currently I feel the contents have been well organised looking at the TOC but I do not have a chance to read through this book.
