If your an experienced mechanic or know the Snap-On catalogue like the back of your hand than this book may be a bit slow for you. If you've never taken a tire off a car or don't know what makes an engine run, than this is your book.

The guide is a fast and easy read that explains the various workings of a car, more in the hopes of finding a honest mechanic than putting the local Jiffy-Lube out of business. It covers the basics of almost every car from the authors big 50's raod beast to his new Japanese econo-box.
