The alligtor couple, Mr and Mrs Green are back in More Mr and Mrs Green and they are ready for 3 new adventures. First off it's timefor fishing! Mr. Green shares his secret for catching the most fish. He uses jelly beans for bait! Then Mrs. Green shares with us her love of art. She paints a portrait of Mr Green and it turns out very unique. Last they go off for a lovely day in the park. Join them as they race for the ice cream truck!

My family enjoyed the bright illustrations. We have red the first book in the series and were excited to see what The Greens were going to be up to in this second installment.

The book is great for readers who are just starting to enjoy chapter books. The chapters are very short giving young reader the boost of confidence they need to enjoy reading.

This great book is so sweet. The rhymning is perfect in this story of a little girl's day. The pictures are very cute and colorful. I love reading this to my one year old and my three year old almost has it memorized. I buy it for gifts too.

My daughter loves this CD. We enjoy good music (like Raffi and quality real music), so she likes this CD because it is good music and because she plays piano.

I highly recommend this for any early elementary school age child, especially if she plays piano.

This CD won a Parents Choice Award of some kind. It says so on the label. I also recommend it. I hear the Mozart CD is good, too.

We first found Mr. Bear To The Rescue, by the same author, which is a terrific book, as well as Mr. Bear's Picnic. Those are longer books, good for bedtime stories. These little board books
are short, good for toddlers, super cute illustrations. I love Mr. Bear and Baby Bear and so does my daughter.

My daughter recieved this book, along with Mr. Bear says "Good Night" when she was born. We read them to her almost every night, along with a stack of others. My daughter is now 2 1/2 years old, and she still asks for this one. Even when we're away from home (& the book) I tell her the story at bedtime and she's happy. These books make great gifts too! I've given several to new moms and they all love them.

Mr. Bear has a very kind heart, a somewhat clumsy step, and a very resourceful wife. One night he and his wife are sung in their bed on a wild and windy night when they hear their neighbor Rabbit-Bunn cry out that the warren has collapsed. The wind has also knocked down the owl next, the beehive is ruined, and bunny baby Flora can't be found anywhere. Mr. Bear heads out into the storm to the rescue. Mr. Bear To The Rescue is a delightful picturebook story and highly recommended, entertaining reading for young children preschool through first grade.

I got this book from our library 3 months ago and have renewed it four times in a row! My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves it and I have to say I enjoy reading it to her. It has wonderful rhymes, rhythm and review (like the house that jack built) so it is lots of fun! I have my daughter guess the next word because the rhyming is generally predictable, it also teaches a little about colors and is just plain silly which makes it fun for all. At last I am buying my own copy so someone else can get it from the library!

This is a really cute and funny book (as all of Roger Hargreave's Mr Menand Little Miss books).
Mr Bounce's problem is not being able to do anything without bouncing. Buy the book and see how he got help! Also I enjoy reading this.

My two year old son just LOVES this story! Whenever he doessomething "brave" (like let me rinse his hair when it isfull of shampoo) I call him "Mr Brave". Mr. Brave is a delightful story about a character who is in danger of losing his title of being called "Mr. Brave". Some of the famous Mr and Miss characters are in the story, and I would suggest purchasing those too! It's fun for the reader to learn about the other characters and their story too.

The Mr. Men series is really wonderful for kids 5-8 years old. Each book tells a simple story with an important (yet easy-to-understand) moral. The illustrations are very bright, colorful, and humorous. Adults enjoy reading it along with their kids.

Mr. Chatterbox teaches the reader about modesty and the importance of listening. As his name suggests, he talks too much! His friends find a clever way to keep him quiet and make him a better listener. Could this apply to me as well as to my child?
