I laughed, I cried, it was better than cats!

The book is so lucidly organized and illustrated that a low technology mind like mine easily handled it yet it's a far richer and more sophisticated look at ethanol production options, methods, feedstock economics, output economics, etc. than I've found anywhere. Anyone who wants to do something with ethanol should be forced to buy and devour this book before proceeding further (it'll save them years and millions of dollars in actually getting one done.)

Black Fag by Shane Allison
There is currently no poet that matches Shane Allison. His truth is often ugly, unashamed, urgent and nasty. Not to say he doesn't love big, he seems to relish everything in his life, all presented to us without a hint of guilt. If you read this book you will never take Queer Eye for the Straight Guy or it's many clones seriously ever again. He counts his lovers, he tells us how they smell, his mother may never read this book. He may shock you. He reveals love to us with a deep will and resolve. This will stick in your gut and may cause you to wince. May cause you to think, live and love differently or just appreciate that some people have the guts and the eloquence to give us the gift of their sticky truth, without compromise. And not to mention, he's funny as hell! The poem's he writes (probably a whole book's worth by now) about his long time friend, Jarret Keene, often have me in stitches. His is some of the best poetry I've come across in quite some time. Safe to bet three out of five straight male poets will love this book. Also recommended: Tenderness in Hell by Vytautas Pliura.

Death is usually seen by people in this world as the ultimate calamity. But looked at from a spiritual perspective, it is a beautiful passing and a new birth into eternal life. This classic pamphlet, originally published in 1876, looks at death from a spiritual perspective, and finds it not dark and macabre, but beautiful and full of light.

Highly recommended!

Nate Jackson manages to relate politics and musical influence as seemlessly as Eggct. relates biscuits to gravy. A natural union.

A must have.

I needed something special for my review #222 and this is it! There are several listings on Amazon for what appears to be the same book.

Mine has a white hard cover, with the name "YHWH" and the Holy Spirit with 7 rays of fire coming down being received into 7 pairs of open hands. (The teachings coming down from Heaven.) Directly inside the book, it says "a teaching given on seven levels to be read and visualized in preparation for the Brotherhood of Light, to be delivered for the quickening of the "people of Light". I guess that really says it all. Some of you will understand what that means and won't even need to read the rest of my review.

The book talks about the unfoldment of the Divine Mind, opening your heart, and bringing the music of the soul to the next level. It talks about spiritual advancement, the Tree of Life, the Light, the Shekinah Presence, Christ, the Elohim, the Adam Kadmon, etc. Again, many of you reading this already understand what I'm talking about. The book says the Keys were given on Jan 2/3, 1973 to prepare mankind for the activation of events that are to come to pass in the next 30 years of earth time. (So, 2003). They are said to be the Keys from Super Angel Metatron, the creator of the Keys, who is guide to the biblical Enoch.

The book was written in 1973, based on ancient information passed by Metatron. It also ties in some things I have read in the Kaballah (ancient Hebrew test). It's a different kind of book. It's not a story, it's not a "how to" book. For lack of better description, I would call it a "new age" bible. According to this book, there were 64 keys given to Enoch. The keys tell you how to live in the Light. Each key is told, then explained by Bible-like text. Some keys are long and some are shorter. The book does not need to be read front to back. Also like the Bible, you can pick it up, open it, and read whatever you want to read. Note: I did NOT say this book was THE Bible. I just said it is somewhat similar in the way it was written, so you can understand something about this book while you are trying to decide if you want to buy it or not. A spiritual friend recommended it to me several years ago. I'm glad I finally bought it. It is interesting. It also has pictures throughout that are said to possess messages hidden within them. Obviously, I can't tell you if they do or not. They are unusual pictures and very colorful. They have pyramids and the eye of God and some have egyptian figures, for example. You just have to decide what it all means to you. I try to pick the book up every night and read at least a page. You also find references to things written in the Book of Revelations (the 4 horses of the Apocalypse, the breaking of the seven seals, etc).

(By the way, as I've said in other reviews- the term "new age" kind of bothers me because it gives an impression that concepts that are thousands of years old sound like recent fads, so I don't really like the term. That meaning is not intentional. It's just what people seem to interpret. But what I think the term really means is the coming of a new age, a new world where people live a more spiritual existence in peace and love. I vote for that! Namaste'.

The "Book Of Revelation for Dummies" is a great book for individuals who wish to study the Book Of Revelation. I have read several books on Revelation and this one really helps you understand the prophecy contained within the Book of Revelation. I would recommend this to everyone who is studying or wishes to study prophecy in the Bible.

This book is a DREAM for parents who are trying to teach ANY child about idioms! What a great resource for parents and teachers. While written specifically for autistic children, it is great book for all children.

you read it. Makes a terrific gift; it's original
stuff and highly readable.
