Jed Baker has produced another great resource to help teachers support social growth and development. There are too few resources for those teaching in middle and high school so I was thrilled to see secondary version hit the market(there is an elementary book as well). If you regularly work with students with autism, you need this book.

Yes, the teens like it.

This book was recommended to me by a fellow educator. I was skeptical that my High School students would be interested in it, after all, it is a picture book. To my surprise, my high schoolers with autism loved it. It gave us a great medium through which to discuss social skills and it is a format that really works for them. It is not childish or cheesy at all. It includes a variety of social skill issues and topics---it kept us busy for most of the school year. My students with learning disabilities were not as interested in the book itself, but I was able to use the step-by-step descriptions to work on social skills in other ways.

I have used this book with my students as a middle school speech pathologist. The pictures are a great resource for the students to visualize the right and wrong way to behave. They enjoy correcting the wrong pictures as part of therapy. An added bonus it that another book of Jed Baker's has worksheets and lessons that directly teach the social skills in the pictures. Truly a great resource for anyone who teaches social skills.

The book is in excellent condition, was packaged properly and shipped promptly.

Some of the pictures don't accurately show the body language like I would expect them too. Also, pictures are duplicated in the book for various body languages. Would be nice to have different pictures so as not to confuse the student. But I do think it will be helpful for my daughter to use along with her counselor.

While I think some of the students who could benefit from this book might find it a bit patronizing and beneath their level of maturity and intelligence (since it depends on pictures so much), there are some really valuable insights to be found for just about everyone with any degree of Asperger's Syndrome. The only improvement I would suggest is that more details on body language reading and face reading be included. For example, when Dr. Baker says to check first whether a potential friend looks receptive, exactly what should one look for in the facial expression and body posture? Dr. Baker gives some details on these things, but I think some Asperger's students might need more specific pointers.

My son read this book. He absolutely loved it. He has shown it to the school librarian and his teacher and they are both planning on integrating it into the curriculum. When asked "What did you like about it?" He said, "I really loved this book. I liked the part when Mandy became a Major, when Marco lost his cell phone, and when Troy got his medal. I also liked the part about destroying the Hubble telescope. It was very exciting when there was the chance that the seal of Earth One could be broken. I can't wait for Space Junk 2 to come out!"
My son is an avid reader, however I haven't seen this kind of excitement in a while. Great Job Amy and Peter.

Speaks with authority

Review Date: 2001-06-13
Murphy has written a very good reference book, useful for brushing up on the finer points of charting, indicators and so forth. He also does a good job of going over the various technical theories with a straight face, neither endorsing favorites nor casting ridicule on the ones that are more logically suspect (ahem, cough, gann-elliott-fibonacci, cough cough).

The only thing I really took issue with was Murphy's habit of trying to predict the size and extent of price moves, rather than sticking with more general observations regarding momentum and overall movement.

Looking for something to happen before there is evidence of its arrival is a dangerous game for technical players, methinks. To devotees of the approach, a friendly warning -- be careful not to become a fundamentechnicalyst. Meaning, always keep in mind that effective technical analysis highlights probability rather than makes predictions.

Since I just made up the word for this review, I'll now throw in the definition: A "fundamentechnicalyst" is one who makes predictions, just like the run of the mill fundamental analyst does... except the fundamentechnicalyst is making predictions based on technicals -- chart patterns and various indicators, rather than supply and demand, weather, politics, etcetera.

In giving advance notice of how the movie is going to end, the approaches have similarity in their folly. The answer (in my opinion) is to not say, "aha! because of pattern ABC, result XYZ must now occur...."

Instead, `tis better to say, "aha! because of pattern ABC, there is a favorable probability that XYZ could occur. But I recognize this is an odds game which means 1) it is normal, reasonable and expected for me to be wrong a portion of the time (the odds say so), and B) I must have a risk point, just in case this is "one of those occurrences" where the outcome falls against me.

The difference in the thought process is subtle but critical. A hard prediction locks you in, creates a psychological commitment, brings your ego into the game, and threatens to screw up your mindset in general. Whereas if you recognize trading is essentially nothing but an odds game, then flexibility and peace of mind have a better shot of remaining intact.

One of the hidden gems of this book was an excellent outline of why the contrarian method works. I don't want to give away Murphy's goods here, so I will just say that he points out a few very interesting reasons why it is natural for the majority to be wrong at turning points, and it is not simply because the masses lack trading ability or intelligence (though that is a factor, of course; the lumbering beast called Crowd is known for strong back and weak mind.)

To sum up, buy this book if you are new to technicals, if you want to brush up on your knowledge, or if you just want a handy reference. But be wary of the prediction trap. Keep your understanding of probability and odds intact.

Murphy has collected, collated, condensed and presented just about every method of technically analysing the futures markets. His text, whether dissecting simple or abstruse concepts, is remarkably lucid. Comprehensive and comprehensible, this is a reference futures traders must own. All I would have asked for in addition would be more suggestions for implementing trading strategies, but that, in fact, might require another book. If Murphy were to write it, he might outsell all those fake futures promoters and their $195 "courses" combined.

Murphy has taken a very technical analysis of a "dry" subject and turned it into a readable, useful guide that should by read (and referred to often) by everyone who dares trade in the futures markets. It's a great first book on the subject, and a great book for experts alike.

Regardless of the title, the principles and techniques described in this book are applicable to not only the futures market, but to all markets, including stocks and forex. Highly recommended to all traders!

Having completed my own reading of "Theory U" by Easter '08, I gladly lent it to my boss 'three floors' above myself. I now understand why a professor of management in DK last year claimed this book the most important book of leadership in this decade.

To a non-professional like myself, the completeness of the social theory of the U field seems to be somewhat comparable to Darwin's theory of Evolution, Maxwell's equations of electrodynamics, or Einstein's theory of general relativity just to mention some well know (by name :). The common characteristics that I have in mind is the connection of studies by different scientists, explaining all earlier observations in one whole theory and bringing our understanding to a higher level.

Once having understood Scharmer's numerous new ideas of social technology, I realized that for many modern (Western?) companies, mastering the difficulties of empathy is one important next step towards true innovation. That is innovation comprehended as creating what is needed, which is not necessarily what is wanted.

This book applies to managers, but not being a manager myself I still had more benefit from this treasury of thaughts than from many other books that I've ever read.

Leading is not just a question of management. It is also a question of leading your life in the direction, which is meant for you. You find that direction by listening to and acting from the source of your true self that needs to develop. Your motivation to do so is the wonderful idea that what is truly good for you is good for your local environment, for your society, and for the world.

I whish you a pleasant journey through the U field.

One of my favorite parts of studying Freudian Psychology was his ideas on interpertations on dreams. I also enjoyed reading in the bible the importance of dreams and thier peering into the future. I didn't of course agree 1005 with all Freud had to say nor Lund but it makes for great reading and sparks the mind that there are some who do dream dreams as Joseph did in the bible and so too there are others. I am a bleiver to that dreams do have meanings to be explored, others are for pure enjoyment. Like my flying dreams and teaching others to fly, there is nothing sexual about them, or out of the body, just lots of fun.
I do like to the alphabetical arrangement of dreams,Lund uses.

Our Food Supply Is At Risk - Uncertain Peril Is The Warning

Review Date: 2008-06-25
As our western civilization "evolves" our connection with our food supply has diminished to the point where the basic understanding of farming and the processes involved has diminished. One thing we all know despite this is that food comes from seeds. But what if seeds were no longer available or if they were only viable with the purchase of support chemicals? What would happen if the world's food supply were contaminated with a corporate gene that eliminated our ability and right to save seeds? Bob Dylan wrote in one of his apocalyptic songs from the seventies "One day even your home garden will be against the law". This is what is happening in the name of "Feeding the World", the mantra of the corporations bringing us "better living" with genetic engineering. But so far there has not been a genetically engineered crop that has benefited anyone but corporations like Monsanto and Syngenta. Claire has weaved together a compelling call to action and a succinct report of the direction agriculture is heading. I recommend that you arm yourself with this book and prepare to defend.

Uncertain Peril provides a vivid description of the crisis at hand for our food system and the seed source that provides the foundation for all of the ecosystems we depend upon. Claire Cummings describes the crisis in a way that allows for understanding and action, the two ingredients that offer the only solution at hand. The book covers the current socio-political landscape surrounding genetic materials in a fair and factual manner. The book should be on the reading list of all citizens and particularly educators, high school through college, concerned with the interface of science, food, farming and health.

Uncertain Peril provides an excellent depiction of how corporations have gained control of our food supply. It clearly describes ways that the entire global community's inherent right to grow food is under attack by a multinational corporate agenda. Cummings beautifully describes the core connection between Indigenous cultures and food and how everyone's access to seeds is being eroded by premeditated greed that stops at nothing. Claire also provides specific ways out of the peril. An important work for everyone to fully understand how the future of our food supply is at serious risk. [...]

I used to work for Monsanto and thought they were wonderful to work for. i got caught up in their science. as i have got older and switched from conventional to organic farming i have been keenly made aware of just what is going on. Seeing my soil come back to life, diversity in wildlife, beneficial insects and microlife is short of a religous experience. to think i was an addict and they were my dealer!!! what corporations are doing with seeds, chemicals and our freedom to farm is true. Anyone denying this, is either bribed, employed by them, or they own lots of stock and could care less what the agenda is. as our culture transformed from a rural to mostly urban one it's easy to see how most people have tuned out what is going on with their food. what a shame. Claire wrote this book with passion, i read it with passion. God, i wish i could meet her. Claire, thank you for this book, great job.

Young Farmers, urban food activists, locavores and Kingsolverites--those of us who are newly concious about the food we put in our mouths, and the landscape behind that food--> If we've arrived on the scene in recent years, then we never really knew agriculture pre-biotech.

We have learned too late of the gross contamination of our food supply, the 70% of processed foods on our super market shelves that have GMO ingredients, the vast plantations of GMO soybean in Brazil, the open air testing of experimental pharma-drugs and GMOs in Hawaii, the ever more hyperbolus corn fields in our own midwest. These tragedies of monoculture are the result of a deliberate process carried out before our time, and before our involvement in the food system.

While a lot of these biotech developments occurred before my generation got involved in sustainable agriculture, the approval for these technologies and the intellecutal property rights precedents occured at the highest levels. There is a wonderful French film that just came out about Monsanto ( The World According to Monsanto) with a clip of George Bush senior touring the Monsanto research facility and saying "Well if you have any trouble with the FDA let me know, we're in the DEREG business."

With current talk about the 'spike' in food prices funding development for yet another round of "Roundup Ready" crops, with unprecedented hunger pangs, and the recent focus of the Gates Foundation on Biotech for Africa-- what better time to learn what we can from the corrupt history of the Agro-bioscience industry. False promises, superweeds, hegemony and monoculture, lets stop the proliferation of GMO agriculture as soon as we can.

"Voices From the Afterlife" is a collection of spirit communications, filled with many great lessons of healing & love, as received by the author Lily Fairchilde.

Each chapter contains a "transcript" of what that spirit communicated to the author - regarding its experiences on earth and The Other Side, as well as the lessons they learned. This is then followed up by information provided by a guide &/or angel. This additional information tends to clarify or expand on the original spirit statements.

Wonderful insights regarding such things as fear & forgiveness are also included. We are reminded that we create our own fears, and so it's only us that can choose to take away their power; and that forgiveness of ourselves and others is to key to living a joy-filled life.

Overall, I found this book to be an easy, interesting, insightful read. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in after-life communications & spirituality.

A beautiful guide to face our ultimate fear.

As a psychotherapist, and recepient of plenty of psychotherapy myself, I can testify to the power of fear. Track any emotional difficulty to its core and your will find fear. Track any fear to its core and you will find the fear of death. Fear cries out for reassurance, but not just any reassurance will do --- we need credible reassurance.

To my knowledge, no one has solved the great mystery of the afterlife with absolute, undeniable credibility, and until that happens we have to use our own good judgment about whom we can trust on this essential subject. I trust Lily Fairchilde. I have worked with her personally on many occasions over the past 20 years, and have never found reason to doubt that she is the real deal. Lily is definitely unique; I think maybe half human and half spirit guide.

And Voices from the Afterlife is a beautifully written, highly credible reassurance for people like me, who are definitely human and who need continued reassurance that life goes on. Thanks, Lily, for the Serenity you have given me.

I have been reading about NDEs and life after death for approximately 20 years and have read many books on the subject. After recently losing my only child, I desperately wanted to find a book that relates what actually happens when a soul crosses over and what it is like "over there". This book explains this beautifully. It is so reassuring to know what happens when we pass and that the life awaiting for us on the other side is much more wonderful than we could ever imagine.

This book is heartwarming and anyone who reads it can relate to one of the stories. Thank you Lily Fairchilde for such a wonderful gift.

This book is great but I think without a significant amount of previous investing knowledge it will be lost. A reader without a significant amount of investing knowledge may not be able to see the difference between this and lots of overly simplistic get rich quick ideas. Darvas provides a great treasure trove of information but you need to read with great attention. You need to read and re-read this to get out of it all the subtle detail he provides. I also believe you need to go beyond what he lays out in his books to understand the value of his points.

I strongly recommend Reminiscences of a Stock Operator (Wiley Investment Classics) as one of the other books to read along with How I Made $2,000,000 In The Stock Market (the best of all Darvas' books in my opinion).

An excellent book for the beginning trader because it does away with the misleading ideas about the marketplace that most beginning traders fall victim to. I wish I had read this book prior to my first trades because if I had, I probably wouldn't have gone through all the "fundamentals" nonsense and other hype that doesn't mean squat in terms of making money.

A good book to accompany Darvas first book.

I tried, and failed, using a variety of techniques for 'value' or 'fundamental' investing; then I stumbled upon this book which really opened my eyes to the fact that playing the stock markets really is (for amateurs, at least) gambling or speculating. And yet, it is possible to make money. Not by trying to predict where markets will go; but by reacting quickly to market moves and by practicing effective money management to limit losses.

This book has been a big influence on my trading style, and was one of the key inspirations behind the writing of my own book.

This book is no way near as good as the first. It is mostly the same material told in a less engaging way. He uses the metaphor of Wall Street as Roulette Game in a Casino which cheats it's clients. If you like Darvas's first book it is certainly worth reading to gain little insights on his method which youdon't get in the first. There a few new anecdotes and a chapter which explains his method but on the whole the book is not as amusing a read and lacks the freshness of the first, nor do I think it takes his story much farther than where the last ends. I would love to know what happened to Darvas in the late sixties and early seventies but not in this book.

I spent $150 on this book with no regrets. After reading over 70 books on stock trading and studying the greatest stock traders of all timen in my opinion Nicolas Darvas is the greatest stock trader who ever lived. No one that I am aware of ever made so much money in such a short amount of time with such a small starting point. Darvas started with a few $2,000 in stock, his 1st stock quadrupled in a few months. With in a few years of trial and error he had turned $8,000 into $100,000 then finished out his final 18 months turning that into $2.4 million dollars. He then removed his money from the market due to no stocks meeting his criteria and avoided the bear market of the early 60's. On his journey he never lost any of his own money, only losing previous winnings.
I love this book and his previous one because he gives specifics, with dates and amounts of stocks he purchased and when he sold. His books are text books for stock traders. In this book he discusses how brokers and tip services make money off each generation of suckers in Wall Street and how to keep from being ripped off. I agree with his point that if your broker or the tip service were so great they would be following their own advice and making a killing in the market instead of working and selling you services and information for a few dollars. It is very important to be very careful in the Wall Street casino and not getted ripped off.
This book goes into much more detail than his other book and explains exactly how to use his techno-fundamentalist system.

His method of stock investment:
TECHNICAL-
Only buy stocks that have established solid price boxes and have moved through them consistently.

Buy stocks that move into higher boxes on increased volume.

Only buy stocks breaking into all time new highs after coming out of a previous solid price box.

Set on stop buy orders to enable you to buy the stock as it breaks out of the box into the next one. This is where the big moves happen.

FUNDAMENTAL-
Trade stocks based on there capitalation. This will determine proper volume and price movement due to number of outstanding shares.

Buy stocks in strong industry groups.

Buy stocks that have the greatest expectations of future earnings.

Even though this book has not been recommended by Willim O'Neal it is an excellent companion book for followers of the CAN SLIM method of stock trading. Darvas encourages us to bet on the fastest horse with the best record not to worry so much about the kind of hay it eats or spectators opinions. I have made $1,000's of dollars using these methods and you will to. This book is a jewel in the ocean of stock trading books.

In today's consumer, debt-based economy, more than ever, working Americans are having difficulty managing the turbulent financial atmosphere with its rising gas and utility costs, and foreclosure rates at an all-time high. This book can help to find the correct avenues for those in financial distress. It consistently offers positive encouragement for facing matters and taking steps to rectify one's financial situation. Author Matt Pelc points out that often filing for bankruptcy is the result of a separate stress-inducing, life-changing event, and bankruptcy is not a cause for shame or blame. When you have to file for bankruptcy explains the ins-and-outs, pros and cons, and alternative means of declaring bankruptcy.
Author Pelc, writing with years of experience working for bankruptcy trustee's offices, strongly suggests bankruptcy should not be undertaken without a specialist attorney and his text is in no way a self-filing guide for debtors. His book does help to answer the reader's initial questions and explores in detail the revisions, changes and consequences of the 2005 bankruptcy bill, the BAPCPA (Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention & Consumer Protection Act of 2005).
The text, in clear, concise language, provides a framework for the emotionally difficult process of bankruptcy and guides the reader from the initial decision to file through to the methods to manage finances after discharge.
Successfully staying positive about a difficult situation, When you have to file for bankruptcy will certainly make the process less intimidating for filers. Additional encouragement is provided by the case studies highlighting real world advice from consumers who have experienced the process of bankruptcy and from persons in the bankruptcy profession.

Unquestionably feel better about bankruptcy process

Bankruptcy is considered one of the more frightening words in the English language, implying financial ruin and personal failure to an extent that few people would dare to approach it unless they had no other hope. Matt Pelc's "When You Have to File for Bankruptcy" does a remarkable job of taking that fear away from its readers, working past the mythos of the process and providing some genuinely practical advice.

Pelc's book is a step-by-step analysis of the bankruptcy proceedings, beginning with a look at how you found yourself in this situation and asking if this is the right course of action. If it is, he then takes you through the paperwork you will need to collect before speaking to an attorney and the extensive forms a case requires. He encourages that you have access to the Internet while reading, and there are several helpful links available if you want to use his book as the manual for your own filing.

The most noticeable aspect of this book is the almost comforting tone Pelc takes. He seems aware that anyone who picks up this book is likely in serious financial trouble, repeatedly assuring them that he is not going to point any fingers at them for being in the situation. He also doesn't try to overwhelm with the steps for rebuilding your life after the case is complete, breaking it into sections and offering simple suggestions such as changing your grocery habits and charting your daily expenses. Alternatives to bankruptcy are suggested, but he makes sure to point out that nothing is a cure-all and the problems cannot simply disappear by shuffling your assets around.

No one ever wants to go through the bankruptcy procedure, but if you find yourself in a bind "When You Have to File for Bankruptcy" serves as an invaluable reference to get it started. It educates you without making you feel stupid and makes a very conscious effort to separate the process from the natural tension and fear it produces.

"When You Have to File For Bankruptcy," by Matt Pelc, is a helpful, easy read. It's a book that pertains to a variety of readers-- from those of us who are simply in credit card debt to those who are in complete financial disparity. The greatest part of this book is how it caters to its readers. A reader has easy access to the chapter he or she needs and can go straight to filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy if they wish. The book is simple and concise for a few reasons. It is set up to take you through the steps of evaluating your debt, considering filing, actually filing and recovering from filing. It explains confusing legal terms and ideas like the difference between chapters 7 and 13. I also found some very helpful tools in the book, like a Web site to retrieve your free credit report. Pelc uses the "Johnson" family and others as sample people filing for bankruptcy to make it simpler. He shows their fake income and fake debt that can be complicated and relative to everyday debtors. In my opinion, the best part of the book is the chapter that describes the different types of bankruptcy in layman's terms. Pelc does a good job of making an unfamiliar and unpleasant subject easier to deal with. He also does a good job of letting the reader know that bankruptcy is common-- in 2007 over 800,000 people declared bankruptcy. The last part of the book was wordy and possibly could've been a single chapter on rebuilding credit and recovering. Overall I give the book four out of 5 stars because I found it very helpful and easy to read.

Good pacing and concise, complete information.

If it were possible to actually want to read a book on filing for bankruptcy, When You Have to File for Bankruptcy would be the one to choose. Author Matt Pelc clearly and compassionately navigates the bewildering world of bankruptcy through a well-balanced combination of surprisingly engaging anecdotes, concisely stated facts, and precisely the kind of no-nonsense inspiration that someone who is considering declaring bankruptcy would need.
In addition to being a pragmatic how-to guide, When You Have to File for Bankruptcy also contains up-to-date resources outlining the recent and often confusing changes in the complex world of bankruptcy law. Whil Pelc strongly advises the reader to enlist the help of a qualified attorney, those determined to go it alone will find this book an invaluable resource.
The book moves at a pace that is manageable without offending the average person's intellect, and offers the added (albeit unnecessary) benefit of mildly amusing photographs and a vaguely pertinent quote at the start of each chapter. Pelc starts the book off with guidelines designed to help the reader to decide whether or not to actually declare bankruptcy, and then moves on through the various steps involved in necessarily painstaking detail. While Pelc's style does not distinguish itself for its literary merit, it does accomplish the task of making the entire bankruptcy process accessible in layman's terms.

Bankruptcy is on the rise and here's a book general-interest libraries will find a good solid lend: a guide explaining how the bankruptcy process works. Part 1 describes what filers need to know to assess long-term goals and bankruptcy results, Part II details what will happen upon filing, and the third part tells how to rebuild credit later. A good, solid book packed with considerations key to understanding the entire process.

St. Clair has been talking to the elves, nature spirits, rocks, trees, and otherworldly beings since childhood. He started out in those "highly spiritual callings" in the military, law, and banking to survive, but left all that boring, soul-killing stuff behind to become an astrologer and a psychic predictor.

No prediction can be set in stone, but he does claim to see our most possible futures, if we don't change our ways. The future is that up to 80 percent of us will be dead within a few years. The unenlightened dead will end up being dark spirits that cannot reincarnate in bodies anymore (sounds a little Calvinist). Only a remnant shall be saved, but they will eventually enter the gates of peace and paradise. The people who survive will be psychic and will have a new consciousness based on cooperation, not violently aggressive competition. All the races will be eventually mixed into one. All those of the old consciousness will eventually die off. There will be no borders and people will roam the earth, ever changing, to survive and thrive in the new world. As the ages change, cataclysms will occur: many land masses will go underwater and new land will rise up out of the sea. It will be an age of knowledge, not belief. Expect the beginning of the collapse of society on all fronts by 2009. Get out of the cities and go to remote areas 5,000 feet above sea level. One positive prediction is that corrupt and incompetent politicians will be a thing of the past by 2020.

The indigenous tribes with their ancient spiritual knowledge will be respected once again and colonizing will be stopped. "Cool" indigenous tribes, to St. Clair, are the Celts, the Mayans, and the Tibetans. "Uncool" colonizers are the Romans, the Anglo-Saxons, and the Spaniards. I do not share his belief that indigenous tribes are morally superior to the colonizers. I think that were just losers in the violent competitive game of life, best represented in the violent sports that most people love to watch in which the victor wins all and the loser is "beaten". The author didn't prove their moral superiority to me; I don't think they were less violent.

He touches on almost all the new age apocalyptic themes, giving one the impression that you could just write a book by recycling other writer's ideas, although I am not accusing him of that. He convincingly advocates for the importance of the imagination and emotion and how suppression of such in the modern world is destroying us. He even talks about certain reptile aliens, not all, that are the dark lords of this planet who are trying to control us, free thought, and the internet, but will not succeed. Some aliens are creating human alien hybrids because the aliens are dying out because they valued technological progress over emotions and spirituality.

I would have liked the book better if he had gotten an editor to edit the many small but annoying mistakes that leave a bad impression and make me take the book less seriously. His style is adequate but not as good as esoteric writers such as Manly P. Hall, David Icke, or Julius Evola. Still, any writer that uses quotes from such polar opposites as the Christian C. S Lewis and the Satanist Aleister Crowley can't be all that bad.

All I can say about this book is WOW!! I stumbled upon Micheal St.Clair by accident (or rather synchronicity) via an online video, and I was instantly hooked and bought the book here. This book will take you on a journey that afterwards you'll be asking yourself whether you are awake, sleep-walking or dreaming... What impressed me about the author was his precociousness as a child and his depth of knowledge to how the universe works. I just don't understand how astrologers do it; however, after reading this book, I realized that Micheal St.Clair is truly gifted beyond belief. If you have pondered, wondered and searched for answers your entire life, then this is one book that will provide the quantum-leap (jump-start) to a higher level of understanding and knowledge.

St.Clair si most definetly a Magi, and has broken through the veil of duality and illusion...and in his book "Zen Of Stars" he tries to help others in doing the same...besides explaining astrology and earth changes that are happening and that possibly "could" occur....he weaves a most wonderful picture of his life, telling how spirit has always been a part...he also explains where we all come from, which of course is "Cosmos" or the "Stars"....I would recommend this book highly, especially for anyone on a spiritual path, who is looking for answers...the most important one is that they must look within...
