This book would also be an appropritate gift for a kindergarten teacher.
I have read a lot of children's poetry, and this is one of the best children's poetry collections I've seen.

Courtesy of Teens Read TooReview Date: 2008-02-29
Thanks to the wonderful artwork of many talented illustrators (Neill Cameron for pencils, Bambos for Inks, Jason Cardy & Kat Nicholson for Coloring, and Nigel Dobbyn for Lettering), the result is a colorful, heavy-duty, true-to-the-script version of one of Shakespeare's most recognized plays.
This is the perfect book to introduce reluctant teen readers to Shakespeare. Whether they read it for fun or for a class, they're getting the original play, act by act, and they get it in a convenient, reader-friendly way. In this day of graphic novels, it's important to remember the classics, and HENRY V doesn't disappoint.
The additional information at the end of the story, including a short biography of William Shakespeare and one of Henry V, a detailed description of the Battle of Agincourt, and even a guide to the creation of the graphic novel's pages, only add to the value.
If you're looking for a well-made and instructional graphic novel based on HENRY V, look no further than this edition.

A winning story with some similarities to "Babe"Review Date: 2002-10-29
Other animals on the farm try to vex Hobart's spirit by telling him he will be made into bacon and eaten. But this does not deter Hobart's big dream of becoming a tap dancer. Hobart soon learns, however, that Farmer Mills plans on selling him to the local butcher. Fearing for their lives, Hobart and his siblings come up with a plan to both escape the local butcher and convince Farmer Mills that the pigs have talent and should be allowed to live.
A wonderful flight into fantasy, "Hobart" will remind many readers of Dick King-Smith's "Babe, The Gallant Pig." However, Hobart's winning attitude and Briggs' writing style keeps the story fresh and limits comparisons with the other swine. Mary Rayner's illustrations help keep the story moving and add an extra dimension to the story. Though targeted for four to eight year olds, "Hobart" is recommended for children of all ages.

Bonnke makes an incredible claim which he explores through the pages of Hell Empty Heaven Full; "Hell was never intended for the lost"!
This book works along the lines of my own thinking in that its approach is broad yet very simple. There is a mission for the church-each individual member of the church- to complete. That mission is to share the message of truth with the unbelieving around us and around the world.
Bonnke's passion courses through the pages and is all the more poignant as he utilizes many verses of the Bible to make and prove his case. In fact, he states from the outset that the book is based on nothing but a scriptural foundation. I found this evident, refreshing and appreciated as I moved through the book.
Hell Empty Heaven Full is a great motivating book and will likely get you moving toward a plan of evangelism or at the very least a greater interest in sharing your faith.
