I really liked the book Full Court Pressure and Success is a Choice I really learned alot from those two books.

I searched pretty hard for a week, looking at 100s of different plans for my workbench. This one looked most interesting, but I was worried that it would be beyond my skills.

I was surprised. The plans were easy enough for me to understand (as I'm a beginner), and very complete. Cut list, supply list, directions... very specific, very complete. I hope that whoever designed this is proud of themselves. The flip up router and jig saw tables are really innovative, and the whole bench was just what I needed.

The only thing I did different was make the kick plates higher, because I'm tall and wanted 4" more height on the top of the bench.

This book is short, simple and incredibly profound. Hanley's easy conversational manner helps convey what might be some difficult philosophical concepts.

This is not just another self-help book (like we need another one of those!). The perspective and paradigm Hanley portrays is transformational. The experience one has in reading this book is a profound sense of relief and peace. This book deserves to be read and re-read often.

This is an excellent book for teaching children honesty. It is illustrated with wonderful pictures that capture and hold the children's attention as you read the text. Children love this book and ask to read it again and again. A wonderful aid for instilling values in impressionable young minds.

Maxwell writes a monthly column in MotorHome magazine, and is well-qualified to cover the subject of full-time RV living. The book includes his Full-timing Aptitude Test to help people determine if this lifestyle will work for them. Maxwell has also developed a series of national seminars, the Life on Wheels conferences, and appears at RV shows.

FUSE is enlightening, inspirational, funny, warm, honest, orginal, solid, readable and blessedly brief. Everyone who wants to hire good people should have a copy of FUSE. So should everyone who wants to find the right work. John Caple, author, Finding The Hat That Fits.

I discovered this little gem of a book recently on a trip out West. The artwork on the cover caught my eye. Since I am planning a 50th birthday celebration with my closest women friends, I was looking for a gift I could give to honor them. Sandra Kuck's beautiful illustrations and chosen poetry from great masters was just the ticket. The metaphor of a rose garden is a beautiful expression of the sacred aroma of deep and abiding relationship. The beauty in this book, both visual and written is an expression of the beauty that is reflected in the woman I call my friends.

Rabbi Pliskin is a well- known therapist, and writer of how- to- do-it books for the Jewish soul. Here he takes on Happiness and tells us how we can achieve it. He says the heart of his book is in its third chapter which essentially deals with attitude. If you see the glass half empty you will always be unhappy. See the positive. Rabbi Pliskin as someone from within the religious world also places a great deal of emphasis on learning Torah's importance for our happiness.
I found one of his prescriptions most interesting. he says if you don't have exaggerated and wild- unrealistic great expectations you will not be
disappointed at their failure in realization.
Essentially his stress is on the proper attitude a person should have in going through this world. To see the good, to try and do good for others, to be looking to help rather than to hurt- attitude attitude gratitude.

Note: This book is easy to read because it uses easy words and is well-organized. It also has a VERY detailed outline that makes it easy to follow and remember & review.
