I purchased this book for my mother for Mother's Day. She also received another book on arranging flowers. We compared the two and agreed that this book was much better. The pictures are wonderful to use as an example of what the arrangement should look like, the list of necessary tools and flowers is easy to understand and best of all, anyone can make these arrangements. My mother has made two of the arrangements as gifts and both times they were the hit of the party. I would highly recomnmend this book.

Every page of this book has something in it either to learn about flowers or decorating with flowers. The craft ideas and the directions are easy to follow with professional results. I never knew Holiday decorating could be this easy and so decorative. I've started to make some projects to bring to friends houses instead of wine or dessert. Everyone is very impressed with the results. "Fun" book !

Excellent , excellent quality on these cd images. This isn't a huge book but has a pretty nice selection. The images print out big and beautiful.

I've been looking for motifs to use in polymer and metal clays for jewelry, and this book has a stunning collection of faces. It also has several wonderful Hiroshigi's and Hokusai's (particularly and ocean wave I'm fond of). While I'm not sure that the designs will work out as transfers, the book is still enjoyable. I found several artists about whose work I was previously ignorant. Something new to contemplate.

Pictures are sharp, have good colors. There are 3 (sometimes 4) pages each of pictures for new years, valentines day, St. Patrick's day, easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, christmas. In some cases, like valentine's day, it's someting to get started with but you need other pictures too. Great pictures though. I've been using my scanner and then printing them on matte brochure paper, the colors are great.

Agagtha Christie is the queen of Mystery. There is nothing like listening to her wonderful stories unfold. I highly recommend this one for long drives. You will not be sorry.

I expected only a throw-away humor book, but I was pleasantly surprised by Mr. Hartglass insightful wit and sarcasm. I kept the book, and return to it often. After many "reads" it still guarantees a laugh.

This book is a reprint of an 1882 publication, illustrated by William Kirby. I'm amazed at the accuracy of the illustrations. I'm further amazed that these butterflies and moths look the same now as 126 years ago. Lepodopteraphiles, I highly recommend you add Kirby's book to your collection. BTW the price is righteous.

I've read all three books in this trilogy with this being the final book. The story is compelling, and is one that needs to be heard by many. As a healthcare professional, I feel the series would be appropriate for prospective adoptive parents, middle and high school students, young adults, newly married couples, early child-hood intervention groups, etc. The author has written this in a style that is easily understandable by a widely varied audience from children to adults. This subject (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) needs more attention to aid in its prevention. Ms. Crossen does of good job of beginning this process.

Tom Tierny is no. 1 for historically accurate clothing, and his paper dolls are terrific!! I have several of his paperdoll collections..Definate buy for both children and adults interested in clothing!!

This book (Exploration, Acquisition, Development and Production) is best when used in tandem with Part 2 (Amortization, Conveyances, Full Costing and Disclosures). What one will discover in practice, however, is that -- regardless to what extent a real-life case is ever constructed parallel to the treatment prescribed here -- management will always have some additional wrinkle or preference to place on top of what you devise... which in the long run will make you seem quite inconsistent in your dealings with multiple scenarios.

This stuff in pre-Enron -- back when people didn't think outside the box (because they knew the box was there for a reason).
