It's about time someone wrote a book that shows simple, concrete ways to deal with all the stress and trauma that has been building up since 9/11. This book is the first sensible do-it-now, feel the difference, book I have seen! The surprise for me was that I thought I was not affected by 9/11, but after doing the quiz on pg. 39, I realized that it had impacted me deeper than I was aware of. The blessing was that removing the stress of it took less time than I thought it would. Thank you Sharon,for giving us all a way to undo the damage that life events and stress put on us. I feel like I can handle things better now. I use these techniques the moment I start to feel tension building.
