Hey, It has lots of NPCs and a story arc if you want and a few new things for wood elves: The Tree Maiden, A new Core Class
and something called Memory trees which fit nicely into what I do in my world. There are of course new domains and spells
as well.

A funny, witty book. Kids liked it a lot, and I enjoyed reading it even though I'm not a kid any more. Nice pictures too.
Highly Recommended.

Much-Needed Alternate Take on Fantasy Comics

Kudos to "Clumsy" artist Jeffrey Brown for compiling this 128-page collection of indie "alternate" takes on the fantasy genre.
Brown also contributes a 2-page story of his own that sets the whimsical and humorous tone for the rest of the anthology.
Like all compilations, the stories are hit-and-miss, and your enjoyment will be directly related to how immersed you already
are in the fantasy genre. Let's hope that future entries into this series take fantasy even further "out-of-the-box".

I picked this book up, which was laying on my classroom shelf. I would have never guessed by it's cover that it contained
such and endearing story. "Read it Yourself" it said in big letters. You can tell this book is old and foreign, by the details
and colors used. Even the end pages contained illustrations. The words are simple and not overwhelming. For years I have
read many versions of "The Elves and the Shoemaker", but this one was special. The book was thin and about the size and width
of an adults hand. The illustrations contained, warm dark colors that are not found nowadays in childrens books, which are
usually bright and loud. This added to the coziness of the book. The book is simple enough for a child learning to read.
Yet, also surprisingly enjoyable for the adult.

First of all this manual does show off some history of the elf ,and explains that they must to what they want to survive ,
apart from that it also adds some new information and tribes and shows a pretty good picture but never gets very deep ,
if your a dark sun fanatic who loves elfs ,buy it . If not get the Complete guide on Elfs or something else , because this
product just isn't for you.

Elves of Two Lands - Book Reviews

Author Ana Rolfe-Nunes has recently released Elves of Two Lands a novel that fits in nicely with the adventure-fantasy genre.
Elves of Two Lands is definitely a good-sized book at 291 pages and a cast of two dozen or more characters. Luckily, there
is a guide within the first few pages of the book that lists the characters and provides an easy resource for readers to keep
track of what is going on.
There are two races of elves that are more different than night and day - literally. A terrible and ancient feud continues and is fueled by small battles and skirmishes. A high action adventure faces the main characters in a land where prejudices run deep.
As an infant the main female character, Arien, is sent to the human world for safekeeping, until destiny and her true love calls her to unite estranged and bitter enemies. Traveling through the secret and guarded gateway between the human and elf worlds is, by far, only one of her distinctive and unique traits and both sides seek her after.
This is a story of love and deception with warriors, elf kings and dragons and a legendary prophecy that leads elves towards a pre-determined destiny. This new author comes from a family of 8 children and is therefore no stranger to fantasy and story telling, I recommend that readers of high-action fantasy give this book a chance.

`Elves of Two Lands - Hope Within Heart' steals the reader away to a fantasy world split in two from a war between two gods of two lands - light and dark. Arien, the heart child, discovers her true elf roots and travels back to her world. Her journey exposes the hidden world of elves, whose lives and emotions are very similar to humans, except with more depth and complexity as a result from their immortality. A romance develops between Prince Elensar and Arien whose opposite personalities clash yet strengthens their bond and love for and with each other.
Ana Rolfe-Nunes's story telling is captivating until the very end. I recommend this book to anyone who is a huge fan of fantasy, romance and adventure in which `Elves of Two Lands' successfully combines.

This is a super cute little book, with lots of strange woodland sprites peeking out from behind toadstools and leaves. It's
a little strange--the creatures are drawn in a kind of light brown ink, which may be frustrating for little folks trying to
color in the lines. A book for older artists, maybe 8 years old and above.

This Dover little Book has ten pictures of the delicate creatures. The prettiest is a flying fairy with a wand. Others include
a small fairy atop a tortoise, one riding a frog, a little elf with a mouse friend, and other fairies and elves with flowers.
They make a great treat for youngsters or others who like fairies.

I purchased this book as a reference source, more than anything else. It has some interesting information that I found useful,
but wasn't quite what I was looking for. The book does have useful and fun information for those who are into games, however,
since it gives classifications, descriptions and in depth information geared towards elf roles in on-line games. I would recommend
it to those who are into role playing
