Ask and It Is Given is a must read from Ester & Jerry Hicks (The Teachings of Abraham.) It's an accompanying book to The Law of Attraction - The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham also by the authors through Abraham. The empowering parts of Ask and It Is Given are to be found in Part II of the book which are the processes. Definitely a well thought out and well communicated book for those interested in new thought understandings.

"Ask and It Is Given" goes far beyond "The Secret". Esther and Jerry Hicks shares with us the ins and outs of the Law of Attraction, describing in great detail how we work with our emotions to create the lives we desire. Simply put, reading this book felt like God's User's Manual.

I learned so much about the nature of reality from reading this book (and listening to CDs provided on their web site). My entire life has changed as a result of learning the teachings of Abraham, and I used specific techniques from "Ask and It Is Given" when I wrote my book, "Opening the Kimono". My book took me nine months to write, and I won a literary award and got an international distributor within three months of its launch. I directly attribute its success to the teachings of Abraham and the Hicks.

If you want to create great things, read this book and employ its techniques.

I give this book to everyone. The principle of the law of attraction have changed my life to a degree too great for words. It's like I always knew, but needed to be reminded. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, once you "get it" it will change your life too.

this is a long overdue review. ask & it is given is by far one of the most clear cut explanations to HOW our life experiences come to pass that i have ever come across. it explains EVERYTHING and excludes nothing. i really recommend HIGHLY the contents of this profound leading-edge to anyone even remotely curious about the Law of Attraction and how you create your reality.

it uses a language you understand. it uses up to date concepts to illustrate to you just exactly how it is that you create your experiences.

'cause you do create your reality. might as well learn how you've been doing it!

As a medium and author of The Spoken Words of Spirit: Lessons From The Other Side, perusing through John's book was a good experience. Many of the words in his work are very validating for those who may be skeptical of life on the other side. This book makes communication seem real and easy for those who understand it. I hope John continues his great work and shares more of his insights again.

I have found this book to be very good. I lost my son suddenly a year ago, and I am desperate to reconnect to him. My only wish now is to have a reading by Mr. Edwards to hopefully be able to deal with this awful nightmare.

I see a middle-aged, bitter misogynist who doesn't know who he is anymore. I see someone that doesn't even have a college education and can hardly string two cohesive sentences together, let alone write an entire book. I see a person who is terribly insecure that tries to hide behind a facade of extreme arrogance. I see someone that has made a career out of perfecting cold reading to an art-form. I see someone who is so full of himself that there are times when he actually believes his very own lies. I see someone who wants desperately to be popular and is so hungry for fame and attention and the all-mighty dollar. I see someone who is in total denial of everything that defines him. I see a man that is incapable of loving anyone because he doesn't have any love for himself. I see someone that is incredibly envious of Sylvia Browne because she has an even bigger racket than him. I also see a man that, unlike Sylvia Browne, does not have a heart of stone and deep down has some shame for what he has done...

Love from Both Sides: A True Story of Soul Survival and Sacred Sexuality Because my husband died in my arms and "came back to chat" (the subject of my book, "Love From Both Sides), I felt alone and completely insane. That is, until my next-door neighbor's ex-boyfriend, who was producing a new show called "Ghost Whisperer," and knew James Van Praage and his amazing work, suggested I buy his book. And so I did. And because James's book is well written, very clean, it made my own mourning process easier. And it helped me to accept what was happening to me, and that was important, became it made it believable. I didn't just dismiss it as my own crazy brain acting up, going haywire. So, if you're reading these words, then maybe you were meant hear them, and act on them. Good luck with your own journey... we're in this together!

Everyone of his books amaze me. Reading each story of hope and love keeps me striving to listen and see as he does. He speaks to the dead and gives very specific details that no one could possibly know. Sometimes his own clients don't even realize the message until later on.

His new book is just as wonderful!

The Other Side and Back by Sylvia Browne is a down to earth approach of the supernatural. The book tries to answer questions like "where do we go after we die?" "What are angels" and "what are ghosts"? Sylvia tries to teach the reader how to use their supernatural abilities to maintain a healthy life.
There is a beautiful new book about God , faith and what you will do after death entitled "The Enlightenment, What God Told Me After One Million Prayers: A Message for Everyone," by John H. Eagan. I just finished it. It's really great and deals with God, the creator, Jesus' teachings, and His Passion. It brought me to tears. I think the readers of Sylvia's book will really enjoy The Enlightenment.

This book was given to me at a time in my life that I needed something to fill the gaps and give me peace. It has delivered that and so much more. This book spoke to my soul. Reading it grounds me and gives me strength when I am faced with life's "ups and downs". I have since given this book to many of my friends just as it was given to me. I've read almost all of Sylvia's work, but I always carry this book with me. It changed my life. I can't recommend it enough.

For over 28 years I have read various books written by psychics and others related to the paranormal field. "The Other Side and Back" has to be one that I rank at the bottom end of the scale. Along with this book, I read "Book of Dreams" and find them totally at odds with what I have read in those other books. Either she is right and all the others wrong, or vice versa. Some of the things I find in conflict with other writers include:
1) Everyone on the "other side" is 30 years old. The majority of books I have read state that one is the age they want to be.
2) That the common language on the "other side" is Aramaic. I find that hard to swallow since the spirit has no vocal chords and it is commonly held that all communication is telepathic. Also why Aramaic? That is not even one of the earliest recorded languages.
3) Inhabitants of the "other side" have solid bodies like their earthly, physical conterparts. Again, all other sources state they are spritual bodies, some being small as points of light in their true state.
4) In reference to the "Dark Entities", she states that upon death they return to a new body without any rest or chance for a life review to learn the negatives and positives of the life. Again that conflicts with everything I have ever read about everyone having a review of their life and the chance for spirtual growth. She puts the "Dark Entities" in a continual revolving door with a small chance for any salvation.
5) The predictions at the end of the book have fallen short.

The bottom line all falls on the reader's belief system. If the things I mentioned fall within yours, then buy the book, if not, then think twice. This book and "Book of Dreams" both have an "aura" of the author having a lofty opinion of herself. This is the least humble psychic author I have come across.

Possibly the greatest "non-fiction" ghost story ever written

Review Date: 2008-12-20
I love reading ghost stories, especially those that claim to be true. I don't know if this woman's experiences are true or not, though I suspect that they're exargerated because there's just too much stuff happening. It's almost like the complaints a lot of skeptics had with the Amnityville Horror; just too much goings on to be real.

But maybe it is all true. I don't know. And frankely, I don't care. I'm not some "ghost hunter." I just like a good story, and this qualifies. It is creepy, arguably believable, and very... well, the living characters are undoubtably real.

The writing is well-paced and there's real emotion. There's even a degree of skepticism that I did not expect. Regardless if the events in "Graves End" actually occurred as they appear in this book is irrelevant to "Graves End" being one of the greatest "non-fiction" ghost stories ever written. I eagerly await any further books from Elaine Mercado.

I am shocked to find that so many people gushed over this book. The narrative was boring, cloying and drippy. There were some interesting new things as far as hauntings go, like the cat's strange behavior and the water incident. I really have no sympathy for a family that is too stupid to look into the history of the house sooner. I mean, it was ten years of torture before they even decided to get any kind of help at all. The main problem with the writing was how repetitive it was. I did not need to hear the details of the same "suffocating dream" all 75 times it happened. And the dialogue was far too detailed to be real recollections. No good and not scary.

Great first-hand haunting account

Review Date: 2008-08-08
First off, I'm not a believer in the religious sense. Despite the number of various claims made for hauntings and poltergeists across the world, the sheer inability to scientifically quantify any of it means that if you believe, you're trusting your gut rather than your rationale. To me, when you actually think about the allegations made about what ghosts are doing, it's quite silly - if they can make loud noises, rattle doors, occasionally manifest themselves, and so on, why do they have SUCH trouble getting their message across? Cue "experts" on the matter to come up with arbitrary rules to cover-up the fact that we really, really have no idea what the hell is going on.

Anyway, to some of you, the above will mean a "not helpful!" click on my review and moving on. But to others, this will be exactly the type of review you're looking to read. I've been reading a number of these books recently for a project I'm working on, and to date Grave's End is the best. The writing isn't perfect, there's no real tidy resolution in the end, and no definite answers reached. But Mercado's book smacks of authenticity, and that's what has probably bowled over the 100+ reviewers so far.

Mercado is frank about her life with her daughters, her (soon to be ex-) husband, and the relationships that come into her life. As the ghost occurrences begin, they are more annoyance than something to embrace. The main issue seems to be sleep paralysis, which happens on sometimes a nightly basis. But there are other very inexplicable events, such as floating objects and lights throughout the house.

Throughout the book, Mercado naturally portrays herself as someone who just wants some explanation and peace, and even when Hans Holzer and his psychic Marissa show up, she voices the exact same reservations I had - OK, they pulled some names out of the air, and some history, but there's NOTHING to back up their claims. If you are at all skeptical about your doctor - you ask any and all questions to be sure you're healthy, right? - you should be a thousand-fold times more with someone who claims the ability to communicate with spirits. I don't dismiss this possibility, but I also don't readily embrace anyone to do the job (which it seems many people do) anymore so than I would run to a random person without any research and say "cure me!" Ultimately, the one questionable part of the book occurs when the experts step in to do their thing. But the preceding is a very haunting experience that goes over 10+ years. Mercado even addresses the problem she has with ghost movies, when people don't just vacate their homes, then discusses how difficult this actually is to do in reality.

I have only a few hesitations in believing Mercado's accounts. First off, in the number of years that this stuff was going on, despite floating objects and lights and specters and so forth, I CANNOT believe she didn't keep a camera handy to document the events. The fact that there is no picture record available for the sheer number of incidents is the biggest question looming over this book. At one point, her brother brings in a video camera, and right as a mist shows up, the footage gets blurry...but even this is more proof than not that something is going on.

Second, I have read a number of haunting books involving, oddly, divorce and children, and a lot of events occur solely to the children. While I can believe Mercado's account, I'm very suspicious of the psychology in children undergoing a divorce, and the sudden ability to get a lot attention by claiming to see ghosts in your bedroom. I have no proof either way, but I can only trust the kids on their word through Mercado, and really, this isn't enough. 10 year olds are capable of playing elaborate games.

Finally, sleep paralysis plays a huge roll in the events that happen, and I think this merits an examination into the phenomenon alone. Could, say, an intermittent carbon monoxide leak (something that wasn't as heavily worried about at the time the book was written in the 1980's and early 1990s) have played a huge role?

This is a book that will really make you wonder about the things she encounters. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a "true haunting" book, especially those who are not necessarily ready to eat up any ghost story they come across as true.

Whether you are a believer or not, this would be a great evening's entertainment during the Halloween season.

The writer experienced it all--and what a haunting! It has myriad elements. I can see why she thought she was going crazy. Fortunately she got in touch with Hans Holzer and the source of the mystery was revealed. A long-hidden tragedy from 1850 lay beneath their old house buried in a mine shaft.

If you think you have a little spirit problem, and it doesn't involve the alcohol type, then read up on this little gem. And from what I've read of similar books, GRAVE'S END is much better written than most of the genre by the person who lived in the house. But then, medical professionals generally do have a knack for expressing themselves well. Yes, an RN is considered a professional.

VERY ENTERTAINING book.

First of all, author is a amateur in astral projection. Full of self-proclaim experience and tended to mislead readers. When I got my out of body experience, do I claim myself expert in this? Second of all, the real out of body experience, not necessary involves vibrations. Most of out of body, you just exit naturally with no vibrations. Totally wrong information about out of body and astral projection. I do suggest author to read more other out of body books before claiming himself expert in this field, would be a good laugh.

Until reading this book, I thought OBEs were something only dying people or monks with 10+ years of intense meditation practice have. I didn't know it was a technique accessible to anyone who simply had the will to do so.

The book starts off where the author started off, skeptically trying an OBE technique just to prove it doesn't work. I found this a good beginning point because having never really experienced or heard much about these practices, I too was skeptical about them. The book then continues to recount many of the amazing experiences the author had, along with his interactions with other beings in other planes of existence. Dispersed in the writings are journal entries of actual experiences. It was so interesting I could barely put the book down. The first section, anyway.

The second section gets a bit dry. The book makes a lot of connections between mysticism and science. I enjoy both subjects thoroughly, but everything is repeated too much. After reading the first part and also knowing a bit about quantum physics already, the second part just seemed to pound the same idea into the reader's head to point of forcing me to skim a lot of it. Basically in so many words, the author says that the physical world is just the outer layer of a more complex universe that translates into pure energy. Then he gives about 800,000 references that pretty much all say the same thing. By the time it was halfway over, I felt very much as though the book was preaching to the converted.

After that, the book gives techniques for inducing out of body experiences. I have yet to experience one using the techniques, but that's no surprise as I just finished the book today!

In all, it was a very fun and eye-opening read. The experiences themselves were given in such great detail that the reader can almost picture him or herself being there. I'm also looking forward to experiencing an OBE for myself, and will be trying the techniques in the book.

One thing I would have liked to see is how OBEs are connected to lucid dreaming, but that may be a whole nother book in itself.

The Inner Vibration

After reading many reviews on OBE books, I settled on this one. The reviews were accurate. This is a very good book on the subject. The book starts off with the authors OBE journal over a 20 year period of exploration. My favorite journal entry involves his realization that after physical body separation and following the request for "clarity", the physical state of consciousness is a dull perception, like a hazy dream. Furthermore, I felt the honesty of his journal entrees. When he encounters a new "energy environment" his journal entrees are crafted with questions of which he answers, "I don't know". During one OBE experience he enters an energy realm, he senses a being in front of him but cannot see him. He calmly requests that this being become visible. His request is granted and it turns out to be one of his guides, an ancient friend, who expresses this wisdom, "Most physical inhabitants possess little control over their thoughts." In his later journal entrees, he asks to experience all past lives and witnesses his evolution of consciousness and does. He comes to the realization that physical life is an interactive school, a relentless training ground for developing souls. The author's greatest accomplishment is his return to his Source and thus experiences his Oneness.

The author then moves on to theory. His theories supported by his OBE's describe non-physical energy environments. He believes there are two types; consensus and non-consensus environments. A good example of consensus environment is the Christian Heaven created by beliefs. A non-consensus environment is very easy to manipulate with thoughts. Of great interest is the concept of the Continuum of Consciousness or Modes of Perception. The higher the inner vibration (frequency), the deeper one travels to the interior of the universe. This is what I liked about this book. I have always had the misconception that leaving the body was travelling away from the Self. This is false according to the author. The body is nothing more than a vehicle to experience the physical world. The physical universe is like the outer crust of the total universe. As one learns the ability to travel deeper towards the Source, one is able to experience spectacular energy dimensions of pure light and energy.

The author then moves on to separation methods and then to the four stages of the OBE experience. Of interesting note is the Biblical silver cord that can be observed during an OBE. The author notes that this cord looks more like a thin filament connecting the energy body to the physical body.

Of interest is the method of group OBE explorations. The author discusses OBE barriers (fears), OBE thought clarity exercises, OBE memory recall affirmations and many OBE typically asked questions with answers (such as can you get lost during an OBE).

Overall, I was very happy with this book. It was very easy to read, comprehend and put into practice. For me it was a great help in explaining many of the inner vibrations that I experience during deep meditation. For me the most fearful inner vibration was the ear splitting roaring. But thanks to this book, I understand what it is I am experiencing.

Of final interest is one of the author's last journal entries where he arrives at a beautiful ocean front structure that generates energy and light. In this house is a panel of advanced beings. They enter into a dialog concerning life in the physical universe with the author and it ends with this "The ultimate test is to recognize the truth while being surrounded by illusions."

I bought this book 2 weeks ago with the determination and curiosity to have an out of body expirience. For about 2 weeks, every night i practiced the techniques given. This morning before sunrise I floated out of my body, fully conscious. I thought i was awake, so i tried moving my physical arms, but they were paralyzed, instead i ended up waving my astral being's arms. Instinctively i said float up. I began floating up, but the excitement and fear of my first out of body expirience caused me to snap backinto my physical body. This is a great book, you must expirience the out of body before you can label this simply a lucid dream. It will blow your reality away.

This book answered a slew of questions I had. I spent the most part of the first read through considering what he has to say with skepticism, but I was consistently bowled over by the uncanny way the book managed to explain things I could never find answers to. There were eureka moments in every chapter. I found it at once hard to believe, and yet harder to dismiss.

In the end, this book, and it's companion volume, have been the only ones I have read that explained some of these things. I'm talking about memories and knowledge I never quite knew the origins of. This book just felt right somehow, and it did in fact mesh with my previous beliefs and information to the tune of about 98%, even filling in significant portions of blank slate in some areas.

I ended up concluding that it is in fact genuine, but I was surprised by his lack of inclusion of specific information that could be scientifically tested - such as specific names and dates which might be researched. Perhaps that simply isn't of interest to him, but it would certainly go a long way to helping those of us who are skeptical. Not everyone will have had the bizarre experiences I have had that help them put the information in this book into place as being genuine.

Overall, this book, and it's predecessor are books I recommend for anyone to read. Whether you accept them as genuine or not, they are still quite fascinating.

Validation From the In Between!

Love from Both Sides: A True Story of Soul Survival and Sacred Sexuality A few months after my husband died in my arms, Michael Newton's "Journey of Souls" and "Destiny of Souls" landed mysteriously on my doorstep. They were so much more helpful to my shattered psyche than the traditional "mourning" books people gave me. Then when my husband was able to "reach me," communicate with me from the In Between (the subject of my own book) Michael's work made it possible for me to "hear more clearly" what I might have otherwise thought was just sheer craziness. Because I'm a working hypnotherapist, I'm able to use all his techniques to help my clients connect to their past selves, and their "In Between" states. I recommend both books highly. And in terms of validation? Because I learned to channel, I asked my husband to validate differnt topics - the cluster groupings, the In Between hierarchy, etc., and even though he kept saying that it was all symbolic, because our brains didn't have the "wiring" to really comprehend the enviroment, he thought the information was a still a useful means of perceiving and understanding. He would say, "It's all Wittgenstein -- too big for your brain to conceive."

Powerful testimony for the existence of life between lives

Of those books on the market that discuss the world of life between lives, Newton's appears the most clinical and objective. He is at his best when providing us excerpts of sessions with clients who share information about LBL. As a hypnotherapist, he does not appear to lead clients to describe their experiences. The result is powerful testimony for the existence of LBL. So, unless Newton is a very talented writer of a provocative work of fiction, both Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls offer us an intuitive, reassuring way to better understand and appreciate one another.

This book is a continuation of many of the actual client cases of Michael Newton in which the deep hypnosis state allowed them to tap into their true nature which is "eternal spirit/soul". I resonated to his first book "Journey of Souls" like I have never connected to any other book. I believe this happened because it spoke to my soul in a way that it recognized it to have much of the truth about our true nature and our missions and life plan.

The accounts of these "souls" in both of his books have helped me find a peace about my life and the condition we currently find here on Earth. Truly this earth is our learning ground. It is not supposed to be perfect. Humans are not supposed to be perfect. If all was perfect here our "soul" could not grow and expand in understanding. For example, in the "spirit" realm you cannot experience hatred. If my soul incarnates currently into a gay person or into a Jew or Black person back in the 1940's, would my soul not have the opportunity to experience and understand what hatred towards me felt like? Also controversial to us, our souls/spirits are not appalled at abortions. Why? Because there is no need for a soul to incarnate into a fetus that they know the mom plans to abort. They just wait for the next opportunity or choose another body. The soul can never be destroyed. Energy can never be destroyed.

These books along with a 5 video series on youtube compelled me to have my own past life regression and then my regression into the soul realm. I found a practitioner on Michael Newtons site.

These regressions have been the most profound and helpful experiences I have had. My journey and life have shifted. There is a freedom from my human mind which brings much confusion, doubt, fears...etc. Now my soul reigns more in my life than my human mind. This is freedom! Thank you to Michael Newton's work!

I originally bought this book several years ago. Something drew me towards it in the bookstore. I read it, loved it, was inspired, and got a lot out of it. Then I forgot about it and left it on my bookshelf for the next few years.

Recently, again, I was drawn to pick up this book and start reading it again. I loved it all over again, was inspired, etc -- but this time, in a different way, for different reasons. I'm at such a different place in my life now. I got a whole lot of different things out of it this time. It reminded me of things I had forgotten about myself, and how important it is to follow my dreams. It helped me reconnect with a part of my soul I had forgotten.

I couldn't put it down. Except to pause and reflect on what I had just read. :) I highly recommend this book, but only if you have an open mind. It *is* called "Psychic" Diaries. It's about talking with people's souls who have crossed over. I think the book is very healing. It shares a lot of touching stories, how people's lives were changed after re-connecting with a loved one. If your religious beliefs don't allow talking with the dead, you might miss out on some of the important messages included in this book.

But this book also shifts gears after a certain point, and focuses a lot on love, being true to who you are, following your dreams, and valuing the time and opportunity we have to spend with our loved ones today. It's not just about psychic stuff. There's a lot of value and meaning to be gained from this book. So I highly recommend it.

I'm sure I'll re-read it again someday in the future.

Lysa,
I just want to tell you about how much my life has changed since I've read your book, the Physic Diaries.
My father was ill for a very long time and I took care of him up until the time he died. It doesn't matter how prepared you think that you, even if it is expected, nothing I've ever felt before in my life has ever hurt this much. My father passed on October 1, 2005, and I still grieve for him as though it happened today. I was very bitter about my belief in God and anything else that I had been told when I was growing up regarding heaven, an afterlife, etc. I honestly did not believe anything. I was given your book as a gift to help me through that period of time and I'm so thankful that I decided to pick it up and read it. Nothing could have prepared me for what was going to happen next though. One day short of my father's 4 month death date, my mother passed away too. I still cannot believe that this is real and that she is gone also. My complete world has fallen to pieces, but your book has helped me through this time so much... without it for me to use as !
a reference or consoling tool, I am positive I would have already died of a broken heart. My Mother's passing was such a shock to everyone, including myself, that I have had such a hard time wanting to live my life and getting over this, as they would have wanted me too. I have children of my own that I need to be strong for and the idea that someday my children are going to feel the pain that I am feeling now, it's almost too much for me to bear!!! I have found comfort from your book and I believe everything that you have said. I know for a fact that my parents are both with me all the time and that alone is comforting. I also know that I will see them again someday and it is not so scary anymore to think about the ineviteable. My parents have shown me signs a couple of times, that without a doubt, I believe it was them doing it.
I am so grateful to you for renewing my faith about seeing them again and being with the people that we love and hold close to our hearts. Thank you so much, Lysa, and God Bless you. I am so moved by the things I have learned when I read your book and I've told everyone about it that I know. You have saved me.
Sincerely,
Kami Dodge of Yuma, Arizona

Dear Lysa

Your book changed my life...

Each and every page was like a step along my new journey of finding and discovering myself...

Each time I opened your book it was like a ray of sunshine was beaming on me, my body filled with warmth and a smile appeared on my face. I didn't want to put your book down and yet I didn't want to read it too fast because of the amazing journey it was taking me along with it ..with every page I read.

You have inspired me... You have enlightened me.. You have brought me a sense of peace in my life that I have never had.

I am now not afraid of death.. I try to understand it.. I am no longer crying for my Keeley because i know he is with me.. sharing each new day and experience with me.

I cry tears of joy writing this because of the amazing and overwhelming journey I am experiencing and I know its because of you.. even though I don't know you.. and we have never met I feel like you have been my mentor.. Your wisdom is far beyond anything I have ever experienced before and I thank you

I thank you so much for sharing this with me.. with us .. and in the process changing my life.

I got this book and read most of it,

PROS-

Very detailed
Everything is answered
Easy to read
Very interesting not a boring book
Funny jokes at times
Illustrations to help newbies understand
Great for reference

CONS-
It may be a little to blunt at some parts that may scare some novice projectors a bit.

He used the term "astral Wildlife" I hate that term makes the creatures seem stupid or un-important in the astral which is not true.

The back cover looks crazy and annoying.

Last Words - I really like this book, its the best I have seen and I used it to successfully have a OBE, It is best to know everything before you try to AP. Recommended to everyone I know.

P.S. Robert Bruce is the most experienced Astral Projection Specialist I know and can be trusted. He takes a skeptical but opened minded look into Astral Projection which gives you a non bias how-to-guide and reference.

Very Comprehensive - A bit much to absorb!

I would firstly say that this is a book that every aspiring projector should have at some point in their exploration of this topic.

The book does contain an awful lot of detail and opinions about the many stages and problems encountered when trying to project and also when you do leave your body.

To me, the Mind/body split idea was one of the more useful concepts to ponder.

The other useful ideas was what to do when you actually exit the body (i.e. get away as fast as you can), make initial projections short so you can remember them, how to navigate around different planes , and adjusting to these planes with your new senses, and of course the idea of the Astral Pulse. It does cover the prequisites of Astral Prjection and what you can work on (Energy Body Development), which the author says will allow you to see and explore the Astral Planes in more detail.

For me, It is going to take further re-readings and application before this all sinks in and then I can decide what is valid for me and what is not.

I would say that there are easier books to take you more gently into the topic. Perhaps it's better to start with easier books first, and then get this one.

Terrible and misleading.

Oh, my god. I cannot believe this book can be published and having a misleading name, it is off the wall. 100% not astral projection, author need to read more other astral projection books, to realize what is astral projection. Author thinks, dreams are astral projections, what a mistake, what a joke. So is author's other book "Mastering Astral Projection: 90 days..." is another failure. Unfortunately I bought these two stupid books, avoid at all cost. All these self-congratulatory reviews, must be done by author's friends. Terrible.

Waste of time.

This book is really excellent. I cannot think of a better, more scientific, more systematic book which explains everything and guides so perfectly. It really is perfect and is definitely a must for all people interested in spirituality. It is not only about OBEs, astral projection, but also energy work, chakras, relaxation, trance and meditation. Robert's energy work system called "NEW" works so excellently. It is not like those ineffective "visualisation" exercises; NEW is based on tactile imaging, on bodily sensations, as if an etheric hand is working on your chakras. Robert explains everything about the energy body so perfectly you understand the dynamics for having a healthy(spiritual) body, not only for OBEs nor astral projection but for all life. He also explains that before working on primary chakras, one has to work on secondary circuit, and fill in the sub-navel storage center to make primary chakras ready for heavy primary workout. This book helped me so much about relaxation, meditation, energy work, psychic skills and OBEs that I used to pray for Robert regularly. I am also paying my debt by writing this sincere review. This book is the only book I refer to about the above-mentioned topics. Not only OBEs, but I owe my regular relaxation, trance meditation and energy work sessions to this book. It has changed my life forever. Just buy it, you will thank me.

Love&Peace
