This time travel keeps your interest as you live through Rebecca and Sloan's relationship, hoping that the bitterroot doesn't ever bloom again. Ms. Chancellor uses the flower in the most cleaver way.

Wow! This author definitely knows how to weave two centuries into one book. If you like matters of the heart and believe in true love and destinies you will love this book! If six stars was possible that's the rating this book would get. You don't want to miss this book!

As I'm packing up for another move I happened to come across Louise Hay's book again. I had bought, and read Empowering Women in 1998 and from the notations I made it had made a huge impression. While recently reading "The Secret" and thinking I've read similar stuff before, and now rereading Empowering Women, I know why. It even hits home more now. It's a must read (even if you think you don't need to be empowered). This book will make the move with me again. Funny, I'd only just seen Louise on Oprah days before finding the book.

Very stimulating and inspiring. I very much enjoyed the series of lectures. I like to listen to them while I clean my house.

As far as commercial outlines go, this is as good as any out there. It is very comprehensive. However, the more difficult parts of civil procedure (personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, summary judgment) cannot be learned properly from any commercial outline.

That said, this outline provides an excellent structure for building your own class outline. The lazy student will also benefit from the clear explanation of the black letter law and the basic holding of important cases. Especially helpful are the index of cases and the index of federal rules of civil procedure in the back of the book which provides a quick reference to the materials in the outline proper. Also, the charts that Gilbert usually provides in its outlines are present in abundance and help frame the material in a quick, digestible fashion. I find the chapter approach section helpful to think about issue spotting and to provide an analytical framework for essay exams.

My advice: use this outline to get the big picture, to provide structure for your own outline, and to make sure you are clear on the black letter law. Then, use Glannon's Guide to provide a clear, prose review of the material and to test yourself on the concepts.

Civil procedure is one of the few classes where you can base the majority of your studying on a commercial outline and end up ok. This outline covers all the rules and mixes in the relevant case law at the same time. Great outline.

I bought This book for a Math Class, I highly disagree with the Previous reviewer, Math is an important subject, (how else could this other person know how much they spent on there credit card each month?) If you don't know math, then you are at a disadvantage to everyone else. Math Is Not dead, like latin, It is just as alive as American English. It is just not understood, Please let me tell you I am no math Major, I am a dislexic who has worked hard to over come my mental mix-ups. So in regards to this particular Math book? It is very detailed and informative, So I am very pleased with it.

This was a most inspiring novel. Everyone should read the accounts of Jesus, I felt like I was with him. I could not put the book down. Now I want to read "The Three from Galilee".

This gets a rating above 10- Marjorie Holmes has taken the life of Jesus, and those around Him, and made Him real. She takes biblical truths and weaves them with storytelling, breaking your heart with each word, as you get to know Jesus all over again, in a new way. This third book, following Two from Galilee & Three from Galilee brings it all home to your heart. This book and the others before it, MUST BE READ! What a beautiful tribute to Him to make His life real in a way no one else has. You must read these!

This is one of the best reads I've ever read. The language is simple, and it is very interesting to read of so many different studies which reveal what's going on in our society or about our human behavior. Definitely looking for other compilations like these which enrich your knowledge and give you good reading as well.

McIntyre selected great content for this collection--the articles are interesting, thought-provoking, informative, and exciting. In fact, I'm buying the book AGAIN because I lost it, I have to write a research paper, and I can't think of a better source to use! It's a great starting point for nearly all pertinent social issues, and it's organized very cleverly with review questions at the end of each article. VERY good buy!

It's easy to see why Faye Levy won a 1994 James Beard Book Award -- these recipes are wonderful. You'll hardly know you're eating low fat! I love the way Levi groups recipes together in menus. They're easy to prepare, and the flavors of each dish blend perfectly with one another.

I find this book incredibly practical and useful for my work as a performer. It gives me a clear way of working to get to the heart of a character, from the fabulous autodrama exercise, to use of language, to objective then subjective reading of the text. It's also funny.

Helen Sloan Daniels, born 1899, was an amateur archeologist with loads of practical experience, a philanthropist, and a local expert in all things Anasazi. This 52 page pamphlet, with over 25 illustrations uses primary and secondary sources to capture the Falls Creek Anasazi site and the history of excavations there.

Daniels provides details of archeological explorations from the late 19th century up to 1975, with a particular emphasis on some of the important mummy finds and petroglyphs. She brings all sorts of interesting sources to the table, ranging from notes made by individual archeologists, newspaper articles, magazine articles, and even a couple of paragraphs from Ernie Pyle.
