The Brilliant Saki
From the wonderful and wacky to the beastly and bizarre, this fabulous collection is like a Whitman's Sampler, providing a delicious taste of Saki's most uproarious tales populated with some of his most enduring characters. The antics of juvenile delinquents Clovis and Reginald, and the rest of the Saki's population of insane characters will have you in stitches as they maneuver through a marvelously entertaining set of offbeat adventures.

Saki (or H.H. Munro) is one of the greatest writers of short fiction ever in the entire history of the universe. No exaggeration. His hilarious, slightly morbid tales of the bored and felonious English aristocratic set are as addictive as popcorn. Ever Saki story is told with unique flare and a sensational caustic wit. Any fan of Dahl, Wilde, Wodehouse, or anyone who loves a laugh cannot possibly go wrong with a book of Saki's.

I learned a lot!
My eyes were really opened to the problem of dehydration. I thuroughly enjoyed Steve's straight forward writing. I have always heard to drink a lot of water everyday, but I never knew why. Now I know exactly why. How enjoyable it is to read truth presented in a way that tells me that the writer believes what he's writing about with all his heart. I am telling everyone to drink their water, and to read this book, too! Thank you, Steve, for caring enough to share such valuable information

Wonderful Book
This book is a fabulous explanation of all things that adolescence hands us. As a youth group leader, I'm thrilled to be able to offer this to parents to use when they have 'the talk' with their kids. James Watkins asked over 1000 kids to ask the tough questions about sex - he did the research and answered them honestly, with no holds barred. Good moral background is given and nothing is ignored or glossed over. I've purchased at least 5 copies in the last month - just to hand out.

Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle
I read this book at the Children's Story Hour in our town. This is the first Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle I read to the children. They were on the edge of their seats, laughing and participating! They begged me to bring more Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle stories. I have and they just as big a success!

Desperately Seeking Snoozin' : The Insomnia Cure from Awake to Zzzzz

"Professional insomniac" John Wiedman isn't a doctor; he researched and developed this anti-insomnia program in order to overcome his own sleep problems. His recommendation is that people suffering from severe insomnia should actually restrict their sleeping time to the bare minimum they need to function during the day. Some may find this a difficult prescription, but judging from his readers' testimonials, it can work. Desperately Seeking Snoozin' also includes general information about sleep medications, lifestyle changes that can affect sleep, and how eating late at night can affect the sleep cycle. The book is rounded out with messages from insomnia chat boards on the Internet, which give a sense of the amount of genuine suffering sleep problems can cause. --Ben Kallen

Poorly written but helpful.
Unbelievably poorly written but does have some good ideas.

In the appendix there is a comment from someone who claims they're a literary agent and that the writing is superb. I would surmise the person is not a successful literary agent.

Finally. Something to read that puts you to sleep.
Since I have had trouble sleeping (and it has been about ten years), I've visited just about every kind of doctor you can to help find "the cure." I wish that just one of the physicians had recommended a book called "Desparately Seeking Snoozin'" It could have saved me many doctor bills and many anxious nights.

The book brings comfort from the fact that there are many others who feel like they are at wits end and don't know what to do. Insomnia is kind of a personal problem and it was very interesting to read the various sleep disorders that others had.

But the real benefit to the book is the practical guide to helping you address how to solve your sleeping problem. It is very easy to follow, costs nothing, and put me back on the road to sanity. I have passed along the book to others I know who have experienced similar problems and it has worked for them.

Now if it's 3 a.m., quit reading this, buy the book and get some sleep.

Excellent Book For Insomnia!
I would recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from insomnia. The book will be particularly helpful for those that know there is no physical or mental problem keeping them from sleeping. In many cases, there is no physical or mental reason for the insomnia except for the fear of going to sleep. This book is perfect for helping you overcome the fear of bedtime and the anxiety that that comes with it. The book is a simple behavior modification technique that is easy to follow but produces results quickly. Best of all...it is drug free. I recommended this book to my family doctor and many friends that have struggled with insomnia. It can help you with not falling asleep, early awakenings, and trouble going back to sleep. I would also like to compliment Mr. John Wiedman. After reading the book, I was still struggling with sticking with the program. He supported me through email which motivated me to stick with it. He is an extremely caring man with a great story to tell. He overcame insomnia and wants to help you do the same. This book gave me my life back!

Mind bending psycho babble with loads of wit to boot!
As in "Paradise Lost", a sympathetic look at history's most famous nemesis, Satan.

Satan is witty, sly, and brilliant, rather LIKABLE, as he looks upon the life of poor Dr. J. Kassler, whose life has, literally, gone to hell, and who can do no better than to round off his career than by "counselling" Satan on HIS hardships.

There isn't a single character you'll forget after putting the book down, for those that cross Kassler's path are wrapped in a destiny that can only lead them to the most bizarre of circumstances. Kassler himself seems to set, costume and design the entire production of his life, without forseeing his finale.

Possibly one of the funniest, most original books you'll ever pick up "just for kicks". Trust me, you'll never look at your own problems the same way again.

Some Books You Just Never Forget...
I was an 8th grader in a Catholic school when I found a copy of this lying on a teacher's desk, no doubt confiscated so as to protect some young, impressionable mind... Well, Satan called to me, apparently, and I was compelled to help myself to the book before the teacher returned to the classroom. I started reading it at lunch, and by the time school let out, I was hooked! Even at my young age, I recognized that this was one of the best stories I'd ever read. A great appreciator of sarcasm and dry wit, I often found myself sympathizing more with Satan than that "Poor Schmuck," Jeffrey. (If I were his wife, I would have left him, too!) I must have read it about 10 times. Unfortunately, my dad decided to save me from myself, and the book perished in the fireplace at his hands. Now, at the semi-seasoned age of 26, I want desperately to read it again. I've tried for years to find another copy, to no avail. If anyone can steer me in the right direction (I realize it's out of print, but would gladly accept a used donation!), I'd be immensely grateful!

Hilarious
My father reccomended that I take a look at this book after I finished Catch-22, and I absolutely loved it. This book points out the hypocrisy of our society without sounding self-righteous or arrogant, and Satan is an amazingly funny and perceptive voice of reason. Not really right for the super-religious among us, but for me, a perfect book.

The Secret Language of Eating Disorders : How You Can Understand and Work to Cure Anorexia and Bulimia

What makes Claude-Pierre's treatment of anorexia and bulimia revolutionary? Perhaps it's that the astonishingly high success rate of even the most chronic cases at Claude-Pierre's Montreux Clinic (only sufferers near death who have not been helped by doctors and hospitals are admitted) defies the common misconception that eating disorders are incurable. Claude-Pierre has made a personal commitment to dispel this damaging myth. Having cured her own two daughters of anorexia, you might say hers was a vested interest. The Secret Language of Eating Disorders reveals the details of Claude-Pierre's unique program.

Myths and misconceptions have shaped conventional treatment of anorexia and bulimia, leading to a cycle of hopelessness for those who suffer. Claude-Pierre's work reveals that victims share a common feeling of self-contempt. Further, she asserts that these overwhelming feelings of worthlessness are established at birth and slowly erode the healthy self. The revolutionary aspect of Claude-Pierre's program stems from her conviction that this negative mindset can be completely reversed.

The book describes the five stages of recovery, discusses the challenges peculiar to working with them at home, and presents a plan for working with health professionals. Also offered are stories of former Montreux patients, adding insight and depth to understanding these disorders. The book and the program have already saved many lives and will continue to do so.

Average review score:

I have mixed feelings about this book.
I believe that the medical community has a lot to learn from Peggy Claude-Pierre's compassionate and humanitarian approach to Anorexia Nervosa. On the other hand, Claude-Pierre has a lot to learn about research and scientific reasoning as well. As I read through her book, I discovered that she tends to lump the various eating disorders and its symptoms into one generic category. Am I to assume then that the "Confirmed Negativity Condition" as well as the dichotomy of the "Actual" and "Negative" mind applies to ALL eating disorders? I understand that she primarily works with acute anorexics--some of whom display bulimic behaviours--and thus her view may be skewed in this direction. However, there are fundamental differences between Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-eating disorder, and Anorexia! Claude-Pierre does not explain her opinions on these differences even though she includes "Bulimia" and "eating disorderS" in the t! itle. (If she believes these differences do not interfere with the CNC, etc. she should state this explicitly.) I also did not find this a "well-written" book: her reasoning is full of logical fallacies and she sometimes contradicts herself. (If you don't know what I am talking about, read the section on "Myths and Misconceptions" carefully.) In addition, this book could have been written in less than half of its length--she constantly re-states the same principles over and over again. However, despite its flaws, I would tell people who are interested in eating disorders (particularly those who are suffering from Anorexia or Bulimianorexia) to read this book because of her unique insights and the alternative view that Claude-Pierre presents--these are of value. However, readers should be wary of its shortfalls.

Lacking some important aspects, but overall good book
First and foremost, I want to say that Peggy proves with her book, "The Secret Language of Eating Disorders...," that she has a deep and unprecedented understanding of the makings of anorexia---for someone who has only witnessed the disease. I only wish that my parent would show the same kind of empathy and determination towards my current plight. Of course, Peggy did have the qualifications and obviously the time to delve into our horrible world enough to contrive and write such accurate interpretations/solutions to the disease...I don't think my parent could do such things even if the drive was there.

When I first starting reading the book, I was pretty amazed at her observations of the anorexia mindset and her theories of how it is a "symptom" of a much more powerful disorder called CNC, rather than a primal cause of itself and/or many other self-deprecating disorders. They had me enthralled, to say the least. But...as I read on I couldn't help but notice that despite being in the title, bulimia somehow seemed barely addressed (except by a few textbook or case study descriptions). Having suffered both (as MANY people often do), I couldn't help but feel a void where bulimia was concerned. It still seems that no one can offer up an entire book of interesting AND valid solutions for the elusive one---bulimia. Personally, I think the perils of bulimia are just as (if not more) horrific than those of anorexia. But yet...Peggy doesn't seem to have an answer. I have to ask when reading this, what if conquering eating is no longer a triumph, but a new and devastating penance to bear? What happens when your body is no longer feeding on itself physically, but the disease is all the more voracious with your mind? Where is the cure for the addiction?

Maybe it's just me, but I feel that bulimia continues to be overshadowed by or maybe not seen as dire as anorexia. It is the more shameful of the two, yes, and it is often passed off as a phase during college that has no emotional attachment whatsoever. There are always exceptions to the rule, but when you are trapped in the hopelessness of something that seems impossible to beat, it is hurtful to hear people around you toss the word 'bulimia' around to every girl who goes to the bathroom.

In her book, Peggy describes anorexia as a very slow attempted suicide, a descent toward nothingness---I agree. Anorexia is not a diet, it is not a shallow attempt to be "model thin", and it is definitely not just about food. Many anorexics, including myself, do not wish to see any number except 0 on our bodies and souls. Peggy does a good job in clearing up such perceived notions. But again, she doesn't realize that bulimia is not necessarily the same slow suicide. It is suicide of the mind far before anything else. Bulimia makes you want to finish the job...and quickly. The fear that it is all your life will ever be is torturous. See, this is what she leaves out.

Also, I found her to come off very pompous and a bit condescending at times, despite her claims to not be that way. It just seems that she envisions herself to be the Godsend, the Cure-all, the Miracle Worker...and I just don't buy it. It is forgivable, though, because I have read many books on the subject, and they all seem to be that way. I guess it's unavoidable in such a situation. Or, maybe I'm just still disappointed and bitter that I cannot find anyone who is adamant like she seems to be about the situation. I guess confidence like she has can be misconstrued with self-righteousness when you think the way I have to.

The only book on Eating-Disorders that acuratly depicts them
This is the best book that I have read, I have actually read it 3 times. I suffer from an eating-disorder and believe that this book can help those in need of the truth on eating-disorders. I read some of the comments on this book and I would like to comment on one in particular. They said that this book lact facts an statistics. What more facts do you need then the truth? I do believe that some of the ideas sound perposterous but they are in fact the truth. I would recomened this to anyone interested in finding out the real reasons and facts (no matter how crazy they sound) on Eating-Disorders. She (Peggy) has helped me personally through this long and trecherous road to recovery and full healing. Her theories are the only ones that actually work. I would like to thank her for her help. I love her. She has saved my life. Even though I have never met her. The book is great. I would read it over and over.

Simplistic but Lifesaving Advice
Oat Bran, Niacin, and moderate exercise are the writers claim to a healthy heart.I exercise regularly, take vitamins, and try to be aware of what I am eating. Yet my last doctor visit claimed that my cholesterol was 260 Total-109/HDL-151/LDL and tryglyercides at 374. The doctor wanted to put me on lipitor. I argued a bit. Got a month reprieve from taking the medication. Bought this book and on my next visit my total cholesterol was at 189, bad cholesterol went from 136 to 85, good cholesterol was at 55, with my triglyercides at 102. The only thing that I know that I did differently was follow the advice from this book. My doctor was shocked and is now telling other patients about my success before putting them on lipitor, in many cases, for 120 days. Feel very relieved. THANK YOU!

I got my results yesterday and it works!!
I saw all these reviews back in November as I desperately looked for some help to lower my cholesterol through diet...and took a chance on this book and it works. I started in mid November and had my cholesterol checked again at the beginning of March and it dropped from 267 to 204! I certainly followed the book, and made a batch of oatbran muffins each week...but also cooked from standard low cholesterol cook books, and had 1 day a week where I could treat myself to my favorite things that weren't part of the diet. I never tried the pills he mentioned...I don't like to take pills. I certainly recommend this book to anyone trying to lower their cholesterol!!!

It works
A dozen years or so ago, my cholesterol was skyrocketing, well above an already too-high typical level for me. I read this book, followed it with care except that I took (with doctor's ok) only 500 mg. of niacin daily, NOT the much larger and much riskier doses advocated by Kowalski. In less than two months my total cholesterol dropped by 112 points, to the edge of the normal range, and it kept on dropping after that, even after I relaxed my very strict eating habits. Triglycerides also dropped sharply. But I was doing EVERYTHING right -- strict adherence to low-fat (*VERY* low saturated fat), cholesterol-free eating habits, high in fiber, including oat bran, plus significant daily exercise (escalated to 90 minutes a day on stair-climber/rower -- which is a LOT of aerobic exercise, and way more than I have the patience for now). All of it. When I slacked off the regimen some time later, the cholesterol did rise, but not as high as formerly. Kowalski is very big on oat bran, and that turns out to be the easy part because it is a pleasant hot cereal. A half cup of oat bran, some raisins or chopped dates, one cup of water, stir, heat in microwave oven on high (use a large enough bowl to avoid boiling over) for 2 minutes and 45 seconds. Stir, add some skim milk if you like. Very tasty. At worst it is a nice hot breakfast, and at best may actually contribute significantly to lower cholesterol. (You can also bake oat bran into muffins. A bit dry, but not bad. Kowalski offers a recipe.) You can search the Web for my little paper on "Fitness in One Lesson," which comments further on helpful ideas in this vein. In any event, my doctor at that time told me that "there is no such thing as an eight week cholesterol cure" when I told him I was reading and following the book. After I had dropped my cholesterol level by more than a third in 7 weeks, I found a new doctor. (There were other issues with him anyway.) But his point really was valid: this is not a one-time fix. You have to make permanent improvements in eating and exercise habits. That is why "diets" are a bad idea. Like vacations, "diets" are temporary. Proper eating and exercise should be forever. Kowalski provides a clearly written, inspirational, informative guide to valuable steps to take. Discuss it with your doctor.

Buy and READ this book if you want to get and stay well
Dr. Clark's research and suggestions are being followed by my family: 9 children and 7 adults residing in two states. The results are amazing and remarkable! The biggest gift we were given is one male adult's 35-year case of psoriasis are going away before our eyes! It is incredible because medical doctors have never managed such excellent results. So far, two adults did the kidney and liver cleanses with EXCELLENT results including relief from indigestion, psoriasis improved quicker, weight loss amongst other improvements. In addition, migraines have disappeared in the female adults, commonly occurring ear infections and stomach flu in the children have also disappeared when the parasite program started. Using colloidal silver has caused toe, toenail and fingernail fungus to clear up completely. Doctors have been amazed at the results; their recommendation was to continue doing whatever we're doing! I cannot praise this book enough, and it is a "must buy" for everyone! Tell your friends and family if you care about them.

Being the writer of this review, I must add that I have NOT been sick since I started zapping and doing the parasite program. Everyone around me at work was sick during allergy and flu season this winter except me. I also gained great relief from the liver cleanse and can't stop talking about it. Hurry......empower yourself and make your own decisions for your health instead of allowing the government and powerful drug companies to make decision that ultimately kill us and make them rich!

Cutting Edge Research
Dr. Clark makes so much sense... she boils all disease down to parasites, bacteria and chemical toxins and she tells you HOW to get rid of them from your home and from your body... I have done the parasite cleanse and the liver cleanse... it is absolutely fascinating... the parasite cleanse takes just under 3 weeks and is gentle on the body... Some of the resources listed in the back are not available but your best bet is to go to Self Health and Kroeger (they have a great parasite herb blend that has the black walnut already in it)... The liver cleanse works EXACTLY the way she explains... I have done it three times now... also look at www.curezone.come which is where I orignially found her book... they give tips on the cleanses and how to get that awful epsom salts down for the liver cleanse... the liver cleanse removes gallstones non-surgically and I had many between the size of a pea and a marble come out... it is NOT painful (other than taking the epsom salts which also really "cleans" you out -- but, no pun intended, that is what we're after here... cleansing...)

It is my opinion that Dr. Clark is like so many other great people who have come before us... her ideas are not mainstream but they just make too much sense to overlook... she is cutting edge... One of our lessons is that health is something we have to do for ourselves and I believe Dr. Clark gives some very good tools to help people.. I have not done everything she recommends and part of that is that it takes a while to change process but she has certainly opened my eyes... As a result of asthma, I have tried to remove chemical cleaners as much as possible and I disinfect with vodka and water... sounds crazy but it's not... good luck!!!

Applying The Wisdom
Greetings zapper fans...

I had a friend stop by a few weeks back. We dirped him on the Fscan2, and took a closer look in the range for the HPV that he had at that time. I then plugged in additional frequency sets from Dr. Hulda Clark's "A Cure For All Diseases" for these...

He zapped for an hour or so on the Fscan 2. This was a Sunday ( I guess you could say we were doing the work of the Lord ;) Within 48 hours on a Tuesday, he called and reported that they had dissappeared. He was also using a cream, but this had never had any success, and certainly had NEVER made them dissappear. He was VERY pleased... imagine that... no more sexual warts or veneral disease. I understand from both academic sources, and from personal experience (friends reporting) that there is an EPIDEMIC of sexually transmitted disease in the United States. Frequency medicine along with the proper protocal http://www.livingnow.net/vanderpool/ are EXCELLENT to eliminate this most cruel and nasty affliction. I can't say my friend is "cured", but I can say the warts are GONE.

So, the moral of the story is (no pun intended :))) if you or a "loved one" has sexually transmitted warts, particularly the HPV there is help, and the little warts can be delt with, and sent back to VIRAL HELL where they belong. (Or do they reincarnate as a tapeworm?)

I laugh, and play, but I am DEAD SERIOUS about the dissappearance of the warts. The frequencies are those listed in Clark's book "The Cure For All Disease", and also we ran the hits on the Fscan 2 as well... actually we ran the hits that the DIRP came up with first, and then went in with the precision "bombing" of the HBV ...

Mission accomplished.

P.S. it has been over three weeks now,,, and he is still clear of the Genital and anal warts - caused by a virus called human papillomavirus (HPV).

HPV is the most common sexually transmitted disease in the United States ...

Zapping with the Fscan 2 cleared away these monsters, and I am happy my buddy is now "wart free".

The Diet Cure: The 8-Step Program to Rebalance Your Body Chemistry and End Food Cravings, Weight Problems, and Mood Swings-Now

For most health books, the word cure in the title is a definite sign to steer clear. The Diet Cure is a refreshing exception. Author Julia Ross has the unusual job description of "nutritional psychologist," which means that she works with people to eradicate food cravings, addictions, and eating disorders (including overeating). The gist of The Diet Cure plan is that food allergies, hormonal irregularities, blood sugar swings, and thyroid dysfunction, among other factors, cause biochemical imbalances that lead to food addiction and weight gain, and that these problems can usually be lessened or eradicated with the proper diet and supplements.

To be sure, most of these health problems ought to be diagnosed by a medical professional, but they often get overlooked because their symptoms can be numerous and vague (fatigue, depression, inability to concentrate). They're not easily diagnosed by the common managed-care tests (such as the TSH, or thyroid-stimulating hormone, blood test; Ross advises several more specific tests if a thyroid problem is suspected). Ross's questionnaires, worksheets, and profiles of case studies from her 10 years of clinical experience will enable you to determine what may be the hidden causes that sabotage your weight-loss efforts.

Ross's book should be lauded for its educational tone. She warns of the dangers of zinc and vitamin B1 deficiencies, two common problems found in chronic dieters, along with protein and fat deficiencies and adrenal exhaustion (which is particularly common in caffeine fiends). She rails against the most popular diet programs, including the Zone, the Atkins Diet, and even Weight Watchers, for (among other things) their ignorance of food allergies such as grains, dairy products, and sugar. For those whom Ross terms, perhaps frighteningly, sugar addicts or "recreational sugar users," she suggests an amino-acid and fish-oil supplement plan to curb sugar cravings and aid weight loss. Many of her patients over the past decade testify in the book that their environmental allergies and weight-loss problems disappeared after they cut sugar from their diets.

Ross's suggestions may seem radical to many primary-care physicians; her approach to health and weight loss definitely takes a holistic approach. She does, however, back up her suggestions and plan with references to medical studies, along with dozens of print and online resources on finding a nutritionist, naturopathic physician, holistic M.D., and testing labs (many of them mail-order). This is one diet that Americans in particular ought to pay attention to.

Average review score:

Maybe there's some good info in here somewhere
I was intrigued with the possibility that this book might have some interesting new slant on nutrition, and perhaps some valuable advice about how to counteract symptoms with supplements.

Instead I was constantly distracted to notice that Ross relies on information of psuedo-science nutritionists. She references the blood type diet, and some of her information seems to come from Weston-Price. Her erroneous information on soy seems to come from the latter source. Her understanding of vegetarian diets is faulty, as she either is unaware, or prefers to ignore, the bulk of scientific evidence points to the superiority of vegetarian diets over those heavy with meat. Her understanding of carbohydrates seems to come from Atkins. As another reviewer mentioned, she mainly references other pop diet books rather than scientific studies.

So, given that she relies on unscientific sources for some of her information, how credible can I find the rest to be?

Maybe there's something of merit in here. I surely hope so, but my confidence in the author is shaken. I'm interested in advice based on sound nutritional science, not gimmicks and quick-buck trends.

I wonder if there is another book out there which addresses the same questions, but is more scientifically oriented?

This program WORKS! My energy is back! No sugar cravings!
This book, and its author, Julia Ross, are teaching me a new way to eat. I've been on the food plan she recommends, and the supplements, for 8 days, and I feel so much better than I ever have before. I used to get really hungry 2 hours after eating, and start to *crash* within an hour after that; my whole life revolved around making sure that I would be able to eat something every 2 or 3 or hours. Most meals would make me fall asleep or get cranky. With the help of the suggestions in this book, I've learned what types of foods I can eat that don't cause any bad reactions. When I walk away from a meal composed the way this book tells me to -- 1-2 cups of vegetables, a little bit of rice, 4 oz of lean protein, a tablespoon of olive oil -- I feel full and satisfied, but not bloated or sleepy. I thought bloated and sleepy is just the way you're supposed to feel after eating! I can eat a meal and not feel hungry for 4 or 5 hours afterwards. If I do get hungry, I have a snack of raw nuts and seeds, or fruit. I don't have sugar cravings, my digestion is normalized, and I need less sleep than I used to. I'm getting reacquainted with my kitchen, and learning to create wonderful things in there, especially luscious vegetable dishes. It's definitely challenging to learn a completely new way to eat, but the rewards are worth it. This book supports your efforts with a really clearly spelled out eating plan and supplement program. If you're having trouble with your energy, digestion, mood, or weight, (or all of the above), read this book.

A must for those interested in diet and health
This is quite possibly the best book on nutrition I have read so far (which is a lot). To frame the issues of over-eating / incorrect eating from the perspective of the chemical and physiological reactions of the body, really demonstrates how looking just a caloric intake is only a small part of the equasion -- and can't lead to long-term success. And it is written clearly and simply. I read it like a mystery novel, getting clues to how my body responds to things, and trying to piece together a picture of my own overall imbalances.

It is likely that people with food issues have multiple layers of imbalances that need to be addressed, and this book explains how to test yourself (or access a lab) to identify imbalances, and how to fix them. The eight steps she addresses are brain chemistry, low-calorie dieting, unstable blook sugar, low thyroid function, addictions to foods you're allergic to, hormonal havoc, yeast overgrowth, and fatty acid deficiency.

All in all, an excellent primer on the REAL nutritional factors that effect your weight, mood, and cravings.
