The first time I purchased Welcome to the World was when my first grandchild was born in 1996. The book has such a loving and gentle way of expressing what your baby means to you. Since that time I have purchased it for two more grandchildren and my great nieces and great nephews. Now I plan to order it for my newest grandaughter and another one on the way for they truly "hold all of our tomorrows tenderly in their hands". My oldest grandaughter knows it by heart.

I have enjoyed the magical drawings and sweet sentiments of Flavia's greeting cards and gift books since the 80's. I was delighted when I discovered that there is now a line of journals with Flavia artwork and inspirational titles. These colorful journals lay flat for easy writing and have an elastic band on the back that can be used for a bookmark. The front picture is set back in a cutout. This book is thick enough to hold many thoughts for avid writers who don't want to replace journals monthly. I write on the front and back of the lined pages and mine last 2-6 months. For me, it is long enough to feel like it was worth my money and short enough for periodic fresh starts. I have gone through more then 3 Flavia journals, and still prefer them over others on the market. I just hope that more designs keep coming out! Your only problem with this journal will be choosing which one to pick first!

What a cool desk calender! The pages are varying shades of pink, with 60's flower shapes and decals. Every month there is at least one great black and white photo, and every day has a sillohuete of one of said chicks in darker pink. Since the sillohuetes don't always match the facts on each page, it's fun guessing who they are (Ann-Margret and Raquel Welch are pretty easy to pick out!)

Each page also has at least one fact about what happened that day in the 60's. For example, June 12th: "1965-the musical duo of Sonny and Cher appears on TV for the first time, singing 'I Got You Babe' on American Bandstand". Birthdates of all the Swingin' Chicks are also included. I have the calendar on my desk at work, and several times a day someone remarks on how cool it is.

"The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2003-2004 Student Planner" is a definite must-have! (I know it seems early but if I can get my hands on anything LOTR, I get it!) I am an absolute lover of the Lord of the Rings books, not to mention the movies. I used to have "The Fellowship of the Ring Studen Planner 2002-2003" so I was so pleased to see them come out with another planner for this school year! This student planner is a terrific addition to my Lord of the Rings collection. One of the best things about this student planner must be mentioned, which are the wonderful photographs!

This is a 12 month student planner, 7.30" x 8.86", and is wire-o bound. Includes:

The front cover of the student planner is from "The Two Towers" poster, the one wear Frodo is clutching the One Ring in his hand. The whole book is in a beautiful faded parchment brown color. All pages have either faded backgrounds of maps from Middle-Earth or Elvish writing. All of this gives the book a beautiful touch. The pictures look like they were taken off of old parchments, giving a terrific effect.

In 2004 the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" calendar is going to have to help tote the weary load and fill the large empty area the late lamented cult television series occupied in our lives. What do we get with the 2004 calendar? Each month offers a medium size studio portrait on top, with a nice arty shape appearing twice off to the side, and a triptich of action shots from various episodes (mostly from the 7th and final season, but from others as well) on the bottom of the page. Sarah Michelle Gellar as Buffy gets half the months, with one each for Alyson Hannigan's Willow, Nicholas Brandon's Xander, James Marsters as Spike, Michelle Trachtenberg as Dawn, Emma Caulfield's Anya, and then one of the entire group (including Amber Benson as Tara). The calendar part is straightforward, listing just holidays (no birthdays for cast members or fun stuff like that). Final verdict on the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer 2004 12-month Wall Calendar" is that it is okay, and the main photographs are certainly nice and glossy, but the overall effect is nothing special. I got it because this is the calendar that goes up on my wall (in between the Angel calendar and the Spike calendar) so it is definitely going up on the wall on January 1, 2004, but I was hoping for them to come up with something extra special now that the series is no longer in production.

This calendar is wonderful for BTVS fans. It's got great pictures from memorable episodes and is a great item to add to your Buffy collections. I personally like the Xander page best ^_-. If your going to buy a calendar for this year, buy the Buffy the Vampire Slayer one!

I currently have a 2003 Buffy calender and it has made my year. A 2004 Buffy calender would be awesome to have! Get yours today!

Since i have bought the Fortune cards all my friends and family want me to do readings for them. So far the readings have been very accurate. To test how accurate the cards are i did a reading on a new friend of 2 months i was supprised and so was she that i could tell her so much about what had happened in her life and what was to come. I have even done the longer spread and it is truly amazing, as Titania says you do keep getting the same message over again. The only problem i find is that you can not ask any yes no questions which can be frustrating.

Titania's Fortune Cards are based on an old French fortune-telling deck, according to the author. There are 36 cards in a beautiful gold case, along with a book explaining their meanings and how to lay out the cards. The images have been updated for our times. They are modern, done in an interesting and attractive color negative photographic technique. These cards are easy to learn to use. If you're intimidated by tarot, you would find these cards an enjoyable alternative. As an experienced tarot reader, I enjoy these cards as well and have received surprisingly accurate messages. My only criticisms are: 1) the cards are on very thin stock and I'm concerned about durability; 2) the cards are not coated and lack the smooth surface of most cards, so handling them is a bit odd at first; 3)the book is glued to the box containing the set, so it can be a bit awkward to handle; and 4) the author's instructions on how to interpret the largest layout are confusing - I still haven't figured it out. All in all, though, this is a beautiful fortune deck. My friends all want to get one as soon they see it!

These cards are excellent! I did a reading for my friend and it said "you will meet a dark stranger" the very next day they went out for chinese food and in my friend's fortune cookie was a fortune that said: you will meet a dark stranger. Coincidence? I think not.

I got this from a friend for Christmas last year and I filled it up fast...it has tan lines pages with a faint ring-inscription background...very nice!
also, its not super skinny and small like a few other of the LOTR writing journals are. I like this book a lot!

This is a great journal for every Lord of the Rings fan. The inside pages are lined and blank (obviously, i mean it is a journal). There is a background color of tan with the inscription of the ring circling around the pages. For those of you who are part of the Lord of the Rings Official Fan Club this is the same journal that they recently sold out of! So, if you missed purchasing it there you can now buy it here.

This is a nice little collection of the over 50 of Playboy's Mantrack blueprints. The categories are broken-down into Dressing & Grooming, Giving & Receiving, Drinking & Smoking, Eating & Entertaining, Sports & Survival, and Cards & Dice. While I find the bra strap clasp an amusing addition (and sneer that they advocate 4/5 fingers needed to unhook said clasp instead of 3), anyone needing this blueprint (or clasp to practice on) is a sad individual who is in need of more help then is offered here. For the record, Cedco is the publisher, this volume was edited by Vanessa Brown, drawn by Bill Benway, and nurtured by Associate Managing Editor John Rezek.

I don't know where to start. Simply put, this book is amazing. After I read it and began to apply the techniques in this book, my love life had florished. The women at the office can't get enough of me - but I try my best! Every time I leave the house its like I'm some kind of booty magnet! The other day I spied some ladies checking out my Pink Bronco and I asked them if they wanted a ride and the next thing you know I'm like Ron Jeremy!

You have got to get this book! Cedco is my boy! It will guide you step by step from Pawn to Playa!

While I highly reccomend this book, please note that it is a reprint of Titania Hardie's "Hocus Pocus" which I already own and love. For anyone who does not already own "Hocus Pocus," "White Magic" would be a great book to get. It is purely a spell book and doesn't get all preachy like so many books on Wicca and witchcraft do. As someone who has studied Wicca for five years now I sometimes find it difficult to find new books that are more than the basic 'this is what Wicca is' stuff which I already own a number of books about. Titania Hardie's books always please me and I continue to refer to them time and time again. This books contains many beautiful and, for the most part, easy to do spells along with beautiful and inspiring pictures.

This book is wonderful! Full of usefull spells, and colorful pictures! It's a must!

Well, since I am a graduate student that doesn't have real "assignments" - the planner works fine! The space for writing is very small, though.
The picture quality in the planner varies. Some of these look like screencaps that BuffyCyberFan01 made on his Dell. But otherwise, it's a cute little planner.

This Buffy planner not only has room to write all of your assignments, but has really great pictures. From all of the seasons. I never get bored flipping throuhg all of the pictures. This really helps to remeber to study for those big exams, but also provides a space to remind you about parties..etc. This is a great planner for any Buffy fan.

Lots of writing space and cool pictures from the tv show. Plus, they offered cool quotes from the show. A must have for any Buffy fan.
