This book is a very well illustrated account on cold-molding and has a beautiful and clear lay-out, which makes it easy to read.
But more importantly: the content is superb. Because the author has chosen to write for the (beginning) backyard boatbuilder, it is actually a step-by-step guide! One of the most difficult stages of boatbuilding, the lofting process, is explained very thoroughly and illustrated by clear drawings (also by the author).
But there's more: lots of advice on preparations, tools, wood specifically suitable for boatbuilding and even suggestions for temporary shelters (everything illustrated).
In short, given the price it is a must for everyone who's going to build a boat using the cold-molding technique.

This book greatly inspired me to greater heights. There is so much depth and easy to apply wisdom that it should be a must for every church member to read and study. It is a collection of many studies that inspire and have been a great tool in growing more muture in church life. Well done Dr.Gordon it should be on everyones bestsellers list.

I may be biased but this book corrects many of the incorrect facts in other references. Enthusiasts either love or loath John Snetzler as an organ builder but he undoubtedly held and contibuted a great deal to English musical history.

I have been using this book in my gifted classroom for years and my students LOVE it! The illustrations are exciting and all directions are given orally so that the students have to listen or they won't come up with the right answer. They are constantly saying, "Let's do another one!" My only complaint is that there isn't a book two! A+++

I have used this software for some time to assist with studying a passage and getting an Adult Sunday School lesson preparation started. It worked wonderfully well under win98. If you upgrade to XP forget it. You can contact the publisher and visit their website but there is no upgrade. It does not work with windows XP. The publisher's site is more interested in selling you other CD and books -- there is no mention of how to upgrade or the product whatsoever.

Start reading this little book and by page 7 you'll get the idea! Mrs. Witter has placed a short section of scripture of each page. She takes the principals, promises and practical applications out of the verses and turns them into affirmations. I found her responses to be a jumping off point for a "dialogue" with God, thus, the format of this book becomes an effective pattern for prayer.

I got the most out of this book when I read just a few pages at a time. There is so much to think about here, you'll want to slow down and let it all sink in. Your reward will be a rich revelation of the truths God has made available to all of us.

Love Letters From God would make a perfect gift for the people you care about. Who couldn't use a little strength and encouragement these days?

This is a really good book. It provides a lot of insight to different cultures. It brings things to your attention that you never thought of before. I think it could provide a lot of insight to everyone concerning things about the diverse world in which we live in.

I would sum up the message of this book with the words from a prayer my father taught me as a child,"... It is in giving that we receive...". There are many books which claim to be able to help your marriage. Some advise demanding your rights, while others give tips on how to manipulate your mate to change. The Marriage Builder teaches the Philippian 2:3 approach, "Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves. . Having read several books on this subject over the years, I've found this to be the very best! If you want to remain self-centered,(a major marriage destroyer), this book is definitely not for you!

As a middle school math teacher I was amazed when a parent brought this book to me. It was great. It has lots of interesting activites to do in math along with some very good worksheets. After having the book for thirty minutes I had already done to activities for my 7th grade classroom. This would be a great book for teachers and parents who are looking for some extra practice for their students.
