This is a great book! I am so sad that it is over. I am trying to look for The Minute Boys of Green Hill................I loved it so much. My Mom made me read it and after the first 20 pages I knew that she was right!!!!! Once again my Mom was right!!!! (just kidding) I would recommend this book to ALL kids..........boys and girls. It was kind of gross. And also, it was kind of sad. I usually do not like sad books, but this was balanced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book was GREAT. I was given this when I was a teen. I loved it! I read it from cover to cover. It answered all the questions I had about sex, life and other stuff!! I will give this to others as they get to the age when something like this is needed. This book really holds a special place in my heart, not only because it answered those questions, but because it brings back a special time in my life

The tomb-chapel of Sekhemankhptah is known since the days of famous A. Mariette (who registered it as O41) and it was acquired by the MFA-Boston about the turn of our century. None the less, this is the first complete edition of the same, including full translation of the texts and drawings (by N. Thayer and S.E. Chapman) and photographs. This chapel is well-known among scholars because of its version of "The Song of the Herdsman" and its agricultural depictions, which ranks among the best-quality ones from the Vth dynasty. Recommendable for anyone interested in ancient Egyptian monuments, art and everyday life insights.

I found this book to be an excellent account of travel and history in 18th and 19th century New Hampshire and a great record of travel and life during that period. Well written and informative. A must read for anyone studying that era. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to get a sense of American life during this time period.

The height of entertainment in 19th Century America centered on beautiful halls, often housing large pipe organs. As the popularity of organ music grew, a small group of European-trained American composer/organists known as the "Boston Classicists" became the leading composers in America. This pleasant collection contains pieces written by John Knowles Paine, Dudley Buck, Arthur Foote, Horatio Parker, W. Eugene Thayer and George W. Chadwick--composers all well-known at the end of the 19th Century. David Chalmers and James E. Jordan, Jr. perform on the 1864 Hook organ located in Mechanics Hall, Worcester Mass. The insert booklet contains well-written notes by David Chalmers on the composers and the pieces performed. Also included is information about Mechanics Hall and the Worcester Organ, the performing artists and specifications for the organ. This CD of rich and colorful music is especially recommended for students and lovers of Historic Organs.

I looked for Shirley Temple paperdolls in the store with no success. I was so excited to find the Boston Museum paper dolls. The paperdolls are just great. After watching Shirley Temple films with my grandaughter for years - we now can play together and act out different movies. It's so much fun to see her face light up when she plays with the paperdolls.

We love changing the dresses. This is such an inexpensive but "hours of fun" gift. I'm going to buy the other paper dolls that are for sale. Hope more will be made!!

This book is a necessary guide for all females, regardless of age and culture. It explains fully and concisely every question that I or any or my friends have ever asked or wondered about silently; even if you think you know it all, chances are you can still learn something. (And, it might not hurt for some men to read this, also!)
