This book is a great introduction to the lighter collecting hobby. It shows a lot of the nicer pieces not seen in the other general guides and prices are much more accurate as well. Besides a few minor errors in lighter descriptions this book is of the highest quality.

Spawn fans often dog the character Jessica Priest. Why? Because she took the place of Chapel in the overall arc of the Spawn mythos. I would submit that Priest would be absolutely LOVED had she been introduced as anything other than the assassin of Al Simmons. 'Lost Values' contains a three issue story from the sorely missed 'Curse of the Spawn' series that delves into the absolutely psychotic nature of Jessica Priest. It also contains a single issue bonus called 'Deadland' (CotS # 22) that feaures some zombies and a new character: Hatchet.

I have found all of Doris Yeske's books very helpful in both the purchasing and selling of depression glass. They have also been an educational tool in determining the patterns and whether or not the piece is a repro - of which I have found many. I also (in my opinion) find her prices to be more down to earth. If you want a book that you can use - I recommend reading all of Doris Yeske's books.

This first tape contained keen insights regarding Ben Graham, the dean of value investing. Unfortunately, the second tape regarding growth investing was a little slow. Overall the tapes were very gold.

we are a firearms distributor in manila and have been on a lookout for a source book with as many guns with the corresponding details as possible. guess i found it right here in this book. it contains every bit you want to know about guns, except for the performance, where you wont obviously get in a book like this. anyway, its a great book overall, but it could have gotten five stars if it had more pages in color. most were in black and white. nevertheless, it has really helped our business a lot

This review of liberal thinking is a useful collection of clever, insightful and important things said by great liberals through history. While some of the material might have been excerpted at greater length, overall the content is satisfying, and the book is a great gift for that holdout FDR or JFK fan in the family. --Edward J. Donna Jo Napoli is a sought-after author of fiction for high school age students. Girls, especially, enjoy her characters and conflicts. If you like this book, find her other fiction for the same audience.

This book has some wonderful photographs, and lots of jewelry you won't see anywhere else. It covers many designers that are overlooked by many jewelry book authors. There is a lot of information in this book, making it as good for reading as it is for picture viewing.
