This was the best book I ever read to help me pass my state exam and both parts too.... at one time. Julie's way with words
seem to put it all together by cutting to the real issue of whats needed in passing the exam. The study concept she gives
you prepares one for a very hard exam, and by being real with words that none real estate people can relate to, your confidents
and smarts come together.Combine the above with ample pre-tests and a well proven study concept and the exam is a cake walk.
Again, if you want to pass your exam......this is the book to read!!!

I have used only part of the book. Most of the book is explained using the 'muddy children' example, which also serves to
illustrate the complexities in automating a trivial puzzle for humans. The book also contains accessible coverage of Kripke
structures and Aumann diagrams. This is quite a accessible introduction to a fairly complex subject.

Very Important Information -- A Must Buy If You're An Agent Serious About Success

While I don't "know" Mr. Minton, I have spoken with him about his investing programs and I'm convinced that he's the "real
deal". True, his first book was essentially a sales pitch, but this book is different in that the "pitch" is more subtle,
and there is plenty of great information that stands on its own merit. In my opinion, this is one of the most practical,
insightful, and honest books on what it really takes to build a sustainable real estate agent/broker that I've read.
Minton explains the need for systems. He explains the need for "niching." He offers extremely practical advice on such topics as hiring assistants, training, and effective time management. If you take his words to heart, and really ponder the implications of his way of practicing real estate, you MUST come away from your read with an instinctive sense that Mr. Minton has precisely "hit the nail on the head" with respect to what it takes to create and maintain an ongoing and successful real estate practice. That said, this is not a book about "magic telephone scripts" or specific listing presentations -- it's about the entrepreneurial mindset as applied to the real estate business.
In the spirit of full disclosure, I should say that I am an attorney, real estate broker, investor, trainer, and author of another book that can be found here on Amazon -- The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Building Wealth Buying Houses: The Foolproof Roadmap to Real Estate Riches Without the Risks and Hassles of Landlording The book is about using rent-to-own strategies to lock in high returns and reduce risk. These are the EXACT SAME techniques that Minton uses to sell almost 300 investor properties a year in his own business. It has received rave reviews from both agents and investors from across the country, and I think that it makes for an excellent companion book to Minton's. I recommend that you buy them both if you're serious about getting the complete picture on how to explode your agent business. You might want to check out the CD too -- The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Building Wealth Buying Houses (Combo Audio/Data CD): Author's Audio Commentary Plus Downloadable 32-page Marketing Manual, Checklists, Spreadsheets, and Forms.
A related program that's well worth checking out is:

I ordered this book to help prepare our entry in next year's competition. It looks like we are not going to make it, but I
am still glad I ordered RoboCup. Almost 800 pages of robot know-how plus tons of illustrations - it just keeps on giving!
This has been and will continue to be a great source of information for my other robotics projects. The RoboCup books are
one of the best-kept secrets to success in amateur robotics.

Robot research and development long ago left the realm of science fiction speculation to enter the real world of laboratory
science, industrial factory production, space exploration, and even popular entertainment as exemplified by such popular television
series as "Robot Wars". In Robot Teams: From Diversity To Polymorphism, Tucker Balch (Carnegie-Mellon University) effectively
collaborated with Lynne E. Parker (Oak Ridge National Laboratory) to compile a wealth of up-to-date and cutting edge information,
issues, and techniques of multi-robot systems. The reader is provided with all of the essentials of multi-agent robotics theory,
descriptions of exemplary implemented systems, and demonstrations of key concepts with respect to multi-robot research. Robot
Teams is enhanced with detailed mathematical formulations, photos, diagrams, source code examples, and a forty-four page bibliography
for further and more detailed study. Robert Teams is an essential, indispensable, core volume for any professional or academic
Robotics Studies program or reference collection.

Takes off like a rocket and doesn't let up

Novichok-5, the most lethal chemical weapon in existence, has been stolen and is now available to the world's terrorists in
an open auction - along with the right to commit genocide. Mack Bolan must stop the chemical falling into evil hands. He's
up against the best as others race to get their hands on the weapon. Soon he realises he can trust no one, especially the
beautiful agent who becomes his ally...
The book takes off like a rocket from the word go and doesn't let up until the end. The hunt moves at reckless speed from Germany to France and involves fast cars, powerboats, famous landmarks, and guns - plenty of them in fact, nearly all being used in attempts to blow Bolan away.
There's plenty of great characters, people who might be on Bolan's side or not, many who have secrets, their own agendas for finding the chemical weapon and the man who stole it.
As the odds mount up against Bolan you have to wonder how he can succeed in his mission.
David Robbin's has written a breath-taking book that defies you to try and put it down. Another excellent read from a terrific writer!

Dr. Schaffer breaks new ground in the areas of trust and ecommerce with her study of e-travel agents. Her models, which are
based on the Harvard Business School's Mind of Market research, bring new measurement techniques and applications to one of
the hardest emotions to measure on the web - trust. Dr. Schaffer, a McKinsey consultant, whose research background includes
degrees from Harvard, the University of Innsbruck and ESC Rouen as well as work with L'Oreal and Daniel Swarovski brings a
unique view to how consumers view and relate to the web. Her original research was one of the first applications of ZMET
(Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique) to the Internet - and her conclusions on how to generate trust on the Internet will
be surprising to many.
