This is a good book. I have been a sales representative for over 10 years and I bought this book to test my knowledge. If you are tired with your job and you like to have your own bussiness, this book is great. Being a sales rep is the best self-employed opportunity because of the low overhead involved. If you feel you can sell, you will be fine if you follow the instructions in this book. I would recommend starting as a sub-representative, because that will help you to get started and you will receive the training as well. The other good thing about starting as a sub rep is that you will get a list of established accounts. This will insure your making money right away. If they can not tell you how much money you can make in the territory, forget working for them. They have to give you an overview of what the previous representative sold and to whom, so you can build on that. The "Learning Annex" also gives courses on this topic. I have seen them advertised in the San Francisco issue. I wish the publisher would print a new updated version, but don't worry, this book is good enough.

If there is such thing as a "Bible" for real estate sales professionals, this is it. This is absolutely the best book I've ever read on the art of selling real estate. Weaver starts out with the basics, tried and true methods, that are a must for any sales professional. He takes the reader from interview to closing and everything in between. These easy to master techniques will make you money! Believe me. I've been very successful in real estate sales for over 15 years and Weaver's book is an incredible piece of work that you will be so glad you found.

Are we free? Most of us feel free. Our culture operates as if we are free and responsible for our freely chosen actions. Yet, the popular wisdom in philosophical circles today is that we are not free. Any feelings of freedom are illusions. In reality, all of us are determined to be what we are by causes beyond our control. What are these causes? How did we loose control of our own destiny? Did we ever have any control of our destiny? Is fate a play we all are acting in with a script not of our own choosing? Is the script dictated by god, genetics, psychology, or some other unknown factor outside our control? Is there room for an individual acting as a free agent in there somewhere?

James Felt has written a remarkable book, that concisely puts forth the view that we are free to make choices independent of the multitude of influences that clutter our decision making process. Determinism in its various forms is exposed as baseless dogma. Dogma built on the shifting sands of faulty presuppositions and unsound logic. The book is written in language accessable to the general reader. Many footnotes and a suggested reading list guide you, if, you desire to dig deeper into the points he discusses. He avoids any theological arguments and sticks to philosophy and metaphysics. Yet, the book progresses beyond the abstract and brings the freedom issue to where we live: the Libertarian free philosophy should clarify our response to the problem of evil. And our rational understanding of our personal freedom should cause us to realize that we are responsible for determining our own character. The concept of agency puts responsibility on our shoulders. We are fully culpable. This sobering fact should drive any thinking person straight to the Cross of Christ, where the blood of our risen Saviour redeems us and truly sets us free...

Each season comes slipcased in a set of DVDs that include plenty of bonus features, including two separate bonus discs of 'debriefing' materials from TV appearances and spots to photo and image galleries, interviews, and more. Each complete season package set includes a featurette and bonus feature. Its presentation - in a cardboard 'briefcase' - doesn't hold up to repeat opening an closing, but it's a fine decorative enhancement suitable for gift-giving and storage, making it a top pick for any seeking a gift for avid TV fans.

I have used this manual since my days as a student at Northwestern University. I have used the information to revise departmental procedures, make clinical decisions and teach students. The outline format is well organized and helpful. Information is thorough, evidence based and concise. This is a book you will keep as a reference. Physical agents reamin a powerful adjunct for clinical treatment, and access to clear and objective information is essential to making good clinical decisions. This book should be on your shelf!

How can one not like this book? It is a fun parody of Agent 007 and boasts a protagonist who is a living, walking, talking sex machine who just happens to be a "secret agent". The story is silly, the sex is CONSTANT and highly charged, and the out-come a hoot. THIS BOOK IS THE ULTIMATE IN MINDLESS ENTERTAINMENT that will stir your loins and put a smile on your face.

If you're tired of thousand-page health books and just want the basics, this book will serve the function. In very few pages, the author breaks down and explains the nutrients necessary for proper (and enhanced) brain function, and suggests appropriate foods and supplements.

This book gave me the knowledge and confidence to sit for the New Hampshire Real Estate Exam. Now, I am ready to enhance my carrer with licensures in Mass. and Maine, and I am looking at this book again. A good fit for anyone who wants to get their Real Estate Salesperson License.
